If you’re planning to use these for workout recovery then I would look at powder form. In order to reach the recommended dosages for workout recovery, you’d have to take 7 servings of this which is 14 pills. That’s just too inconvenient compared to mixing powdered BCAA with your workout drink. That being said, the price of this is pretty good. Personally, I’d just get powdered BCAA mixed with my drink, and sip it throughout my workout.

BCAA amino acids in a capsule form. I usually have mine in powder form so I wanted to see if there was any difference. There is since you don’t have to worry about the taste. Just pop these in your mouth and swallow and you’re done. They’re easy on the stomach and to swallow. Awesome for what they are!

I wasn’t quite sure just what BCAAs were for, upon ordering this product; I just felt like burgeoning my nutritional supplement supply, and this product seemed like it was okay. The product is a bag of pill capsules, filled with white powder, labeled as BCAAs, which, as before, I’m not well-educated about still, at this time (although I did look up the topic, at one point). I didn’t notice much of an improvement in my general wellbeing, that I could pinpoint to this product, all that well, so I’m not sure about the effectiveness or usefulness of this product, but that could just be a contingent factor for this item; i.e. it’s useful for others, but not for myself, at the time being.

I have been using BCAA’s in the powder form for years and I have been happy with the results. I wanted to try the pill forms because let’s face it the powders are inconvenient, and you need to plan to take them. I had to put the powder in a smoothie or other drinks. That is why I wanted a pill, because I often found myself at the gym without my blender.
These are small and flavorless, so they go down smooth. I can’t say for sure yet if they’re making a huge difference, but they seem just as effective as my old BCAA’s if I take about a dozen a day.
These are very low dosage serving sizes. (1 gram = 2 capsules) . My old BCAA powder is 6 grams, so to get my old intake I need to take 12 pills a day? So, their claim of a 5-month supply becomes 25 days for me? I didn’t notice the dosage when I ordered these. A quick search on the ole internets will return you questionable recommendations from 5-20 grams daily. Some of this you do get from your diet, so your personal needs will vary. I like the product it just lacks potency for me, and the claims of 300 capsules and 5 months’ supply are not lies, but a marketing team working overtime.
I am not a doctor, and I am not recommending any dosages! Maybe I need to use that new math to figure this out. BCAA dosages vary for each person based on their diet, needs, and fitness goals. My old BCAA powder was 6 times this dosage, however this might be just enough for you. These still are very convenient, and comparable to most the other pill forms out there. I will continue to use them but when they are used up, I will try to find a more potent version.
