So from a taste perspective, they are not bad, just not a gummy flavor or strawberry pineapple that I would expect. I’ve tried these several time since they say it will increase your energy, focus and immunity. From the engergy side and focus perspective, I didn’t feel any differances. The immunity aspect of it I suspect would take several months to really notice. On the good side, they are vegan and surgar-free and don’t seem to have a lot of carbs. They include six different mushroom extracts and other organic ingrediants that are targeted to help you relax.
For me, 30 day supply in the bag at a cost of about $1.06 a day is a bit pricey considering I really see no differance it taking these or not taking them. There were no side effects from what I can tell at this time.

I am not a fan of eating mushrooms but I am aware of their benefits so I like to take them in the form of a supplement. This one is A GREAT OPTION for me!! I love that it’s a gummy form that includes multiple varieties of mushrooms. The flavor and texture of the gummies is wonderful and easy to chew. I think the gummies are high quality ingredients and I love the adaptogenic benefits! I like to take these in the morning for a daily boost.

Do you like Thanksgiving cranberry sauce? I do and these remind me of it encapsulated into a gummy form. My wife has been taking them daily and doesn’t report any difference but some studies suggest mushrooms help keep cognitive function intact. Several generations of her family have had dementia so it might reduce the risk of that.

These are a great way of getting in your daily mushroom supplements. The gummies have a very nice flavor and texture, and I look forward to taking these every morning. I haven’t experienced any negative effects whatsoever from taking them. I definitely recommend this supplement.

These mushroom gummies are really easy to take – simply eat 2 (no prep!) The mushrooms aren’t really apparent and frankly, the allulose sweetener is so intense and bitter that it has the “benefit” of overpowering any other possible flavor. They smell more like pineapply fruity than “strawberry pineapple” to me.
They do stick together a bit, but nothing that I haven’t been able to separate. They contain a lot of “stuff”, so I’d recommend looking at the ingredient list and see how it’s compatible with any other supplements you take on a daily basis. I rotate these with some other mushroom products and they fit in well for me.

So I’ll just start off by saying that as a mushroom extract product, these are quite tasty compared to what these extracts taste like alone. Typically I use extract pills, so taste isn’t a factor, but I brought these to work and have been really enjoying a couple in the afternoon as a little pick-me-up.
My only real concern with these products is the overall effectiveness and if they actually contain effective doses of these extracts (you’re always just kind of taking the manufacturers word with supplements). Mushroom extracts are extremely bitter by themselves, and these gummies mask that quite well, I find them enjoyable. If the dosage is there, then props to the manufacturer for making a tasty product; personally it just makes me a bit skeptical.
