These are actually edible! I’ve never been able to take an iron supplement without horrible repercussions. These aren’t bad at all. After a week of taking them, I did get a stool softener, just to make things easier. I have definitely felt the difference, these have helped A LOT. I was skeptical at first because I have an extremely sensitive stomach and system. I will absolutely keep purchasing these.

The Berry chewable vitamins taste better than the Orange! Now, that being said there is probably room for improvement, it is a vitamin and not candy. I don’t like that you have to take 4 tablets a day. I tend to get a little nausea when I take them on an empty stomach. I can tell a difference when I forget to take them as they do give me that pick me up of energy. I’m purchasing my second bottle of them and have put them on auto ship for now. Will do lab work in a few months to see if these vitamins do the trick to keep my levels up since surgery.

These are excellent vitamins, and my favorite flavor. Easy to chew them up, too. It took a little bit of time to get used to the sweetness but not too long. I find them better than the typical Orange or Strawberry flavored vitamins I have had previously and taking them four times daily is no big deal, though sometimes I’ll simplify it and take two in the morning and two late in the afternoon or early evening. I recommend these vitamins highly, I just wish they were a bit less expensive.

I really liked the vitamins. I thought they tasted good! Good enough I’d eat an extra once in a while😅 On a serious note. My blood work was better with taking these. I’d only been able to try it for a month when I had labs drawn. Now 3 months later without these my labs aren’t so well. I have more coming in the mail tomorrow.

These are large chewable tablets. I lost a lot of weight I did not have bariatric surgery but I take them because they offered me a complete vitamin. I have trouble swallowing large capsules so this is my answer. I’m on my second bottle and will order again.
