The BEST tasting iron supplement I’ve tried. It doesn’t taste like blood, or like you’re eating a handful of pennies. The aftertaste is non-existent too.
These taste great! A bit tart, but it has Vitamin C in it, so there is a reason it is sour. It’s yummy, and someone said it tastes like Sprite, and I’d have to say I agree!
I don’t know why there are so many reviews saying these taste bad? These taste like candy, and in no way remind me of a vitamin or something I have to choke down. My husband actually asks me how often we can take these because he likes the flavor so much!

I’m post BPD/DS surgery, and this supplement keeps my iron levels up. I enjoy the taste, but the tartness is a little sharp- I wish they’d tone it down just a bit, but it may necessary to mask the iron taste. Anyway, at just one a day, it doesn’t bother me that much, and it keeps me healthy.

Just came here to say that the flavor is SO SOUR! Caught me by surprise. I will be prepared for my next dose 😆. The size is small and the texture is easily chewed, so overall they are going to be fine and do what they need to do!

I began taking this when my iron levels dropped – a lot. They didn’t prevent me from needing iron infusions, but the doctor felt I would need the infusions regularly and that the supplements would not help. I decided to take them anyway. I am in need of infusions again, but the doctor was very surprised that it has been over 2 years since I last had them. I take 2 of these a day, as well as 2 calcium. These cannot be taken within 2 hours of each other, so it is sometimes a challenge to get everything in. I will continue taking these because I prefer to delay infusions as long as possible. A nice plus is they taste good!

I love the taste of these! I bought this brand first because that is what my doctors office sold. I also did the chewable vitamin (tasted awful) which I am not currently using, I’m taking another brand that’s not chewable. I haven’t used any other type of chewable iron so I can’t say it’s the best, but I look forward to it everyday. I have tried the berry flavored ones and the lemon lime is definitely better!
I have always had problems low iron, even before bariatric surgery. So I was especially apprehensive about this. At first, my doctor had me taking 2 daily. Constipation was a real struggle, so once I knew my iron levels were good, I cut down to 1 a day and I’m still doing great.
