I love these! It’s a great calcium supplement. I’ve been using these over 2 years now. Easy to swallow, good value for my money. Very easy to swallow, smells like caramel and taste like caramel as well. It doesn’t upset my stomach at all.

I love these chewables as they are delicious and affordable! Some can have a chalky aftertaste but these caramel ones do not and are like eating candy!

Well, I’d like to tell you they are buttery, rich, and remind you of a gooey ooey caramel roll… but these are still supplements we are talkin about here! Lol
However, despite not being decadent and mouth-watering, they are still really good and caramelly, and great for bariatric patients. I need to take 1,800 units a day and these help! I bought a few different types of calcium citrate, and these ones I save as “treats” for myself haha.
They aren’t really chalky at all, but they totally still taste like they are supplements.

OK. So April 1st of this year I had my internals twisted and re-arranged. Yep Full on Gastric Bypass. With that said, The lovely doc pointed out that I now needed to take some vitamin supplements on a daily basis to keep myself healthy. One of the highly suggested was a cal citrate.
So the wife and I went down to the vitamin store at the local Mall and bought a bottle of a chalky liquid suppliment. yes, it had the most amount of calcium in it that we could find. Only had to take it twice a day to get the daily intake.
Ummm.. How do I describe it. I guess if you were to liquefy chalk with battery acid and perhaps float in a little unknown flavoring you might be right on the money. So needless to say all of a sudden this was going to be an issue.
Well, in comes Bariatric Advantage.; These chews came highly recommended by the nutritionist at St. Elizabeth’s hospital. So while sitting in her office I popped up on Amazon and ordered us a bag or two. They are fantasitc. Yes, I have to eat 6 a day, but I look at it this way. I always enjoyed a nice piece of candy as a snack. This is it. I have 1 every 2 hours through the day. It’s a nice in between meal treat that helps keep me healthy. 🙂
All in all, I would strongly suggest that if you need a calcium cit-rate supplement, these are fantastic. I do wish they sold them in larger quantity though. and maybe a variety pack..

I love this product because o meet my vitamin needs and it tastes good
