I have never had any sort of surgery for weight loss, but I have a sensitive stomach and absorption issues due to acid reflux and SIBO. And my experience since being diagnosed with these conditions is it is hard to supplement because either I likely will not absorb all of the nutrients in pill form, or it generally upsets one of my conditions. I’m not sure if it is because this is finely ground to the point it dissolves so well in water, but I’ve had no issues with this. I occasionally like to intermittent fast, which helps to improve my symptoms, but means less food for nutrients. I’ll throw this in a 36oz water bottle with high PH water (helps reflux) and it dissolves just fine after a few shakes. I’ll likely continue using this for a while. Great product.
I did want to add that if people find the taste off putting, using more water and another flavor mix helps. I usually mix it in 36oz of water and can’t taste much of it. If I want actual flavor since it is mostly diluted at this point, I’ll add a zero sugar Body Armour drink mix or some sort of sugar free alternative. I found grape and Strawberry kiwi to mix well in it, and I’ve used Stur’s fruit punch stevia drops too.

So I did my research and I chose the powder over taking multiple pills a day, not to mention having to remember and stair step those pills. With the powder you get all your daily vitamins at once.
I had a Gastric Sleeve, and this says to take twice a day.
So I take 1 scoop in the morning the other in the evening.
I’m not going to lie. at first it tasted off to me, but that’s because my taste buds had changed from the surgery.
Even after nearly taking this for a month…it is a very odd taste. It’s like a watermelon/lemony flavoring which would be so bad if the vitamins didn’t give it a chalky texture.
I entirely recommend stirring really well. When it’s a milky pink, drink it.
Now when you first get out of surgery you’re not going to be able to down 8oz of water easily. In fact it’s going to be a challenge.
If you are struggling to drink your water, I most definitely recommend RESTIRRING your drink. Otherwise the vitamins will settle at the bottom and stick to your cup and trying to down that powder itself is NOT very pleasant, nearly gagged taking mouth full of powder.
I have not tried mixing the powder into a juice or a protein shake. I’ve only mixed it with water.
Overall, great product will be using again

Just received this after wanting to try something new. I e been a user of celebrate for several months now after having VSG surgery on Nov of 2023. This is the absolute worst tasting drink I have ever had and am so disappointed that it is….i had high hopes for it but hey I tried and it was not for me.
The drink is on the thick side, has a very minor hint of watermelon, very chalky and milk so as you can imagine does not go down easily.

Not the best tasting

I had sleeve surgery and I needed to get my vitamins in. My dietitian suggested this brand, the taste was OK I think the issue was me, and the vitamin made me gag. the taste is very watermelon-ish I will admit!
I just think it was me just not being able to tolerate a lot of all these vitamins!

I was excited to try this one cause most of the bariatric vitamins I’ve tried have tasted awful or made me feel nauseous. I’ve only tried this product a couple of times now with just water and it’s definitely not the best. The flavor is a bit off and no matter how well I mix it up it always tastes grainy and chalky. I’ll definitely have to try it with juice cause this was a waste of money.

Takes a little while to dissolve fully but tastes great I highly recommend.

This may be fine for some people, but I couldn’t even get it down. It’s so sweet it’s like drinking syrup. I know it’s sugar free, but the artificial sweeteners that are used to mask the vitamin taste are overwhelming, to say the least. The one thing I liked about this powder is that you could get your vitamins in all at once, instead of having to take them 4 or 5 times a day spaced out. I’m sad that this was such a let down. I tried it several times after surgery and the taste never got better. I threw the whole thing away, which was a waste of a chunk of money.
