Love BPN and their mission but was expecting more from the “Go Gels” … Flavor wasn’t an issue in my opinion and neither was the texture. It just tasted like an all natural berry applesauce. I think the thing missing for me was the caffeine- I’m used to my gu’s or honey stingers coming with caffeine.
Still give these a shot if you’d like to support BPN but hoping they have an updated recipe that contains caffeine in the future.

These are my favorite gels for running that I’ve had so far. They have natural ingredients, they taste great, and they have an appropriate nutrient profile for endurance activities (particularly with the sodium too).
I’ve seen some people complaining about the consistency, but that’s one of my favorite features about these. They are quite liquidy, allowing for me to quickly and easily get them down.
My one critique is that they are quite expensive, almost the same price as maurten gels which are seen as the most expensive gel option, as I understand it.
Perhaps as the company continues to grow + with economies of scale, this price can be brought down. But regardless, I will continue to buy them at this price as they are my favorite. Would recommend giving them a try.

Great product, great taste. Used them for marathon race. Will be buying more. Downside is every time they ship from Amazon they don’t package in a hard cardboard box so the packaging gets smushed and sometimes the gels leak out. Other than that great product.

My husband loves these Go Gels for his long runs. We are a repeat customer and will continue to be especially after this last order. Our box showed up damaged, so I contacted Bare Nutrition and Eric was quick to get back to me and resolve the issue. Amazing product, amazing company!

Packed in for a backcountry elk hunt last week and took the caffeine GoGel with me. Great tasting and provides that caffeine and carb kick for sustained energy. Highly recommend! Love BPN, their products and what they represent in the fitness/nutrition industry. Thanks for another great product!

Great Gel. Tastes great and has not caused me any GI discomfort. Easy to manipulate even when sweating.

I use energy gels and Clif Bloks while mountain biking and hiking. I prefer no caffeine and something around 100 calories, and 25g of carbs. These are perfect. The taste is amazing and I like how they are more of a liquid instead of a thick gooey substance.
I tested one out today on a 4 mile hike and 2,000′ elevation at an easy pace. They digest well and there was no weird aftertaste. I’m happy to see BPN incorporating more clean ingredients in their products, too. This will be something I order again, I really like it.
One recommendation to the manufacturer: Put a litter leash on the gel packets. It’s more convenient to have one piece of trash to throw away instead of two, and it reduces garbage on the trails.

Almost vomited while running a race after having one of these. They are like having the most disgusting and nauseating applesauce. I was holding down vomit as I was eating it and it sits SO heavy in your stomach for a while after eating
