Love these bands so easy to use and very effective if used regularly. Like the fact that they are of different resistance levels so you can start with an easier band and progress to a higher level of resistance in a different color band. They have helped me walk 100% better and helped me get rid of my limp. I was also impressed how quickly I progressed and achieved tremendous level of stability and strength. I personally choose the package with all different colors because I have specific colors for the days of the week wI rest days in the middle if needed. I am in my 70’s and I’m glad I was included to these straps. I now walk more confident and with less discomfort after my hip fracture. These are great. At first I didn’t think I was going to use all of them like the x-light and x-heavy, but I actually do. The lighter ones give you a wider range of motion. I am looking to tone more than bulk so these are perfect for some resistance and higher reps. I usually do 30 reps or until muscle fatigue. I find if the resistance is too much I start to feel it in my joints which I know isn’t good so I take it down one. I find time to do them while my kiddo takes a bath. They would also be good to keep at a desk and do periodically. They do stick to your skin so I like to wear pants and hold them in my hand when I can. Plus the pink colors are adorable. It is easy to spot the resistance level based on how dark the shade is. You can find a lot more exercises online than featured in the included book. I would recommend.
