I took one sip, and spit it out. Tasted like I chewed up a centrum. Threw them all away. I dont know how well these work, because these were so awful tasting.

About this from my husband after seeing a few reviews on TikTok because he works in a hot machine shop near big metal part ovens and gets extremely hot during this time of year. He usually drinks Pedialyte but he said these are even better! He said the taste was kind of nasty so he mixed it with a Gatorade and said it was a lot better. But despite the taste he feels like he is hydrated and refreshed despite the over 90° outdoor temperature and heat index over 100. He said he feels like he didn’t sweat everything out at the end of the day! Compared to the last two years coming home super crabby and dead tired every day in this heat, these things are fantastic! I would definitely recommend them. I am putting them on auto ship for him!!

I really wanted to give this a try as I have looked at the composition and it is great! I have seen a handful of reviews mentioning the taste but I told myself, it seems to be a great product, I can tolerate some not so nice taste for the sake of getting those nutrients to my body, besides, it cannot be that bad right? WRONG! It is THAT bad, it is the worst tasting thing I’ve ever had. I took one sip and wanted to vomit. I had the unsweetened lemon flavor, there is nothing lemony about it, smells terrible and tastes even worse. It is salty and oily with some indescribable foul aftertaste. It is a great concept but how can the people who developed this product say, yup tastes drinkable to me? At this point, I’d rather just have a lot of vitamin B pills that drink that thing again. Sorry but I really wanted to like it. Please do yourself a favor and listen to those who say that this thing is terrible, because it is.

There’s not really any taste besides a fairly potent saltiness, but I will say it works absolutely phenomenal! If you chug it and just get past the taste it’s great. I’m impressed. I’m a farmer and when it’s hot out I’m usually running around, and sweating and I end up dehydrated a lot because I can’t carry water around with me all day it’s impractical in most cases. But if I use one of these the next day after I really over do it, I feel better in probably 30-60 mins after I finish it.
My wife was hungover one night after a friend’s wedding and I gave her one to use and I told her they don’t taste too good, but they work great, just chug it don’t sip on it and you’ll feel fine in like an hour. And sure enough that worked for her too!
PS: I’m sure if you put it in nice and cold water it would taste better too, I just usually don’t have time for that and just drink it at room temp whatever comes out of my faucet.

There is no preventive for a hangover after excessive drinking. The variables that can cause you a hangover are many, so seeking an individual preventive is folly.
However, when used properly the Banana Bag can be highly effective at reducing hangover symptoms. Keep in mind there is no miracle cure for for a hangover after heaving drink (this will differ per person) Through my own personal experience the Banana Bag is effective for moderate drinking. To further improve these results be sure to eat a high carb meal before you start drinking and drink water when possible throughout the night. Take a packet of the banana bag after you are done drinking for the night and you will greatly improve your chances of feeling better when you wake up.
