I was excited to receive this Marshmallow Cream lip balm and it was even better than I expected! I have been purchasing/trying different brands of lip balms, such as Lip Smackers, EOS, Revo, Chubby Chap, Chapstick, etc. I felt compelled to write this review, because it is so far beyond the quality of the other products I’ve used. This flavor and scent are amazing and I wish I’d found the Treat Lip Balms years ago. Don’t let the little bumps fool you- wait and see how great it feels on your lips. The best part is you can lick your lips as often as you like without worrying about consuming ingredients you can’t even pronounce or making your lips chapped. The softness lasts too!

I put this lip gloss on every night before I go to bed. Tonight I realized I was almost out and immediately jumped on Amazon to find it. I almost dddiiieeedddd when I saw I had purchased this lip gloss 5 years ago! I was slightly grossed out by myself but then thought…meh… And purchased a new one… See you again in 5 years.

Just got the marshmallow cream “treat” lip balm and I can say that I love this one smells like marshmallows , has a light scent to it and nothing wrong with balm . This is my second Treat lip balm I’ve gotten , my first was the Angel food cake . Didn’t think that one smelled like angel food cake , but still smells good , like a vanilla cream scent mixed with little coconut scent to it . So I’d have to say so far my favorite one is marshmallow ,this one definitely to me smells just like it says . And love how big the tube is ! Definitely will be buying more and gets one for my mom too for Christmas sense she loves lip balms .

Love this lip balm. It came highly recommended by the online sensation, Kandee Johnson, whose picks have always been spot on and generally don’t break the bank for quality. I don’t typically write reviews, but this warranted one.
This stuff smells great, feels great, tastes great, and comes in a giant tube so it lasts forever. When I first got it, there were some shea beads throughout, which gave it a bit of an odd texture, but the product was still luxurious. However, after a few uses, the bumpiness went away and the best lip balm I’ve ever used was left!
This is really one of those purchases that leaves you thinking: should I really buy any other brand of lip balm again?
It’s also nice enough that I can put it on my skin and it feels nice and non greasy.
I consider myself pretty frugal and don’t like to waste money. While $11 seemed egregious to me for a lip balm, I have no regrets and 10/10 will purchase again (if it ever runs out!).

I feel a bit disappointed that I anticipated this so much from all the good reviews.
I WILL use this, but the taste is just not up to my satisfaction.
It doesn’t smell or taste like marshmallow whatsoever, which I didn’t necessarily expect… but It kind of tastes like plastic, only weirder..
There is obviously artificial flavoring in here, which they call “Marshmallow Flavor” and “vanilla flavor.”..
I don’t remember seeing that in the list of ingredients they show online. That’s a bit deceptive, since there is indeed an item they aren’t showing you that’s in there. But I can’t know for sure exactly what that is, so I suppose it’s a bit pointless anyway.
The stevia sweetens the flavor, but I can’t even compare it whatsoever to the best flavor ever, “Cake Batter” by Chapstick. That one is NOT as natural as this, and i believe this one works better for longer moisturization.. but Cake Batter is certainly the best Chapstick flavor, not just for me, but for most Chapstick users. It’s the most popular flavor they have. But it’s not as moisturizing as their extra moisturizing ones.
I wanted to love this jumbo lip balm, and I do appreciate that it has natural ingredients.. but the taste is just too fake for me…it’s not so overpowering that I can’t use it.. but I can’t help noticing the weird flavor either.
The large size makes it a bit awkward to apply it, since my lips aren’t jumbo size as well. The flat surface area is really wide, so it doesn’t really hit only my lips.
In fact, I have a monroe lip piercing, with a straight barbell through it. It has a small steel bead at the end, so it’s not obstructing anything.
When I apply this TREAT lip balm, it automatically moisturizes my metal jewelry as well. And I have to wipe the bead off every time. It’s just not the best design for easy and precise application. At home, it’s not a big deal. In fact, the large size DOES keep reminding me and luring me to pick it up and use it. So I must like it well enough. I WAS desperate for a new one.. I can usually use this fine because it’s not like an overwhelming type of.. mint or orange jellybean (it exists. I have it.).. this is more neutral in terms of flavor. I’d rather use this at night before bed, than other more richly flavored ones.
I will say this- I’m fully aware of the more natural ingredients in this lip balm. I like that, prefer that, and respect the effort.
I believe this lip balm will do its job moisturizing my lips.
So for those of you considering this, this doesn’t smell or taste like marshmallow at all, but it WILL work well on healing your chapped lips.
And by the way… genius marketing. It works. I like what they did with the focus and direction of these products. So. I can’t blame em totally for doing their best.

UPDATE: I’m getting more used to the smell, taste and size. The large size helps to keep it in sight. I always misplace my Chapsticks, but there’s less of a chance with this.
I have the feeling I’d like one of the other flavors better..perhaps Confetti Cake. (It eventually turns out to be the mint and matcha green tea lip/eye balm.)
Maybe when this one is used up in 3 years, I’ll try a different flavor. Til then, I admit, I don’t mind this lip balm as much as I did before.

A few years ago I bought the Sherbert Lip Scrub from Treat and it’s still my go to scrub. This is my first lip balm from Treat that I’ve purchased and all I keep thinking is ‘why have I not bought this sooner?!?!’
This lip balm is AMAZING. It smells so delicious and it tastes SO awesome. It’s not too sweet and doesn’t taste like chemicals! It tastes exactly like marshmallow without being overbearing or sickening.
It’s incredibly moisturizing! I’m very picky when it comes to balms and chapstick. I can’t stand heavy, waxy feeling products and I also can’t stand stickiness. This is so smooth and comfortable without feeling oily. It’s SO good. SO. GOOD.
I’m taking this with me everywhere and I’m going to buy one for all my girlfriends. I’m going to buy every flavor. I’m obsessed!!!!
It may seem a bit pricey for one lip balm, but it’s a huge tube and it’s worth every penny. It reminds me of those fatty Lip Smackers I loved when I was little, only this is elevated grown up version lol. It’s also cruelty free!
