Found this when baby girl was a few weeks old, she got a rash while she was still in hospital and butt paste made it worse! So we went shopping for every brand we could find locally. Balmex quickly became my favorite!
It works quickly! It’s thick and spreads well! It adheres to the skin pretty well & it’s affordable! And it doesn’t have that smell like Desitin has. I slather a big spoonful on the rash and the redness is almost totally gone within a couple hours.
Now that I’ve found these big jars here on Amazon, I buy them 2-3 at a time and keep a stock in the bathroom cabinet lol. Baby is 16 months now and I still like this product just as much! It’s a fave in our house!

When my youngest gets diaper rash it us bad! Like really really bad. Up until finding this cream nothing has helped, not even the miracle mix that doctors recommend.

This size is cheaper than the small tubes at the local stores. My toddler suffers from rashes very easily and if I apply this before diaper changes it does a good job preventing rashes (she is changed very often, probably more then most lol) but she still gets rashes so this helps prevent, however in our case this does not solve a existing rash unfortunately. All that we have found to work is Bag Balm found at the local stores, so far that’s the only thing that clears her already existing rash
