When I do fasting I need that little extra to keep me going. This is the stuff you guys. It keeps me hydrated and not feeling weak and the flavor is amazing. The only thing hard for me is the price. It’s really hard to pay that much. but now that I’ve had it Idk if I can drink any other enjoyably. Great great product. Wish something could be done about the price to allow others to be able to get it as well. My daughter got me the first jar. Otherwise I’d have never bought it. Hugs

Before using Ballast, I was using LMNT. Ballast is a lot more affordable for pretty much the same thing. I use it during my workouts and it keeps me hydrated. It’s clean and does what it’s supposed to. I love this product!

The container is maybe halfway full if that… the taste is not pleasant and doesn’t taste like grapefruit. Not returnable, what a shame.

Tastes great and feels good! Good value for the price as well. I love sugar free electrolyte drinks because they really help me feel hydrated but it is such a waste to keep buying plastic bottles. I like the powders because you can add them to any glass or reusable bottle of water. The grapefruit flavor tastes really good. I tend to use only about half a scoop or it’s really salty. I’m looking forward to trying the citrus flavor.

the container is way over sized, only had the few ounces as listed, but used a very small amount of the container, waste of plastic, waste of shelf space and pretty misleading. But product was fine.
