This is great have on hand in case you need it. It’s never fun to go to the store when you’re not feeling well so I always have this at home. I did notice it was made in India.

I can’t say that the brand and packaging inspire confidence. For drugs I’m going to ingest, I’d like to see some certifications or where the drugs are made. I’m not sure if India has the same, higher, or lower standards than the US, so I’m skeptical of using this.
The package does state all the things I’d expect to see, but I cannot verify the contents of the pills to match the label.
Buyer beware.

Good generic meds comparable ingredients to those found in large brands if you cant make it to the big box store and need meds at a good price with those active ingredients these are a good alternative.
Pills while gel are a bit large would recommend one at a time with plenty of water some may find the gel pils a bit large.
Red Green –
This has the same effective ingredients that the Big Name companies put in their similar Day/Night formulations for much less money, even at warehouse clubs.
However, a 10-second internet search found Walmart selling its exact-formulation Equate Daytime & Nighttime Cold & Flu Multi-Symptom Relief, 48 Softgels version for $9.98 instead of this product that retails for $11.95.
This is a deal compared to name brands, but not so much if you need it immediately and/or there’s a Wallyworld close to you.

It’s cold season and I usually buy the name brand DayQuil but this said it was comparable. I will say I believe it is very similar. I took before going to bed and I could breathe through my nose and slept through the night when taking a night time capsule. Next day woke up stuffy again but cleared up after an hour or so when taking the day time capsules. I would buy again as I feel they work the same.

This day & night time OTC has worked well for me over the weekends. After taking this OTC for two days, it has helped with me being under the weather as the temp got colder. The capsule is easy to swallow and can be taken without food. I find that it work as effective as the store brands and national brands equivalent at an affordable price range. This OTC is made in India.
