I noticed in some of the other reviews that people complained about it being extremely hard to spread. This sunscreen is very similar to most other mineral based sunscreens so if you have never used one before it might feel a lot thicker and harder to spread. However if you have used one before then I doubt you’ll find this one difficult to spread around. I almost didn’t buy it because I saw some reviews about how thick it was, but again I think that’s just because they had been using chemical sunscreens in the past. It worked amazing for my baby, she never even got a little red. I was pleased with how easy it was to use.

I have 3 kids with varying levels of ezema and different management strategies. This has been a lovely product for them. no skin reactions. Easy application. We have been using it for a while now.

This is for someone who wants to seriously protect and take care of their skin. I have used this product for years and recommend it to everyone I know, of all ages too!

I am definitely not a baby, but I do have sensitive skin that burns easily and breaks out even more easily. I do all of our yard work and need a strong sunscreen. I have tried SO MANY and they all seem to result in a rash and/or acne a few days later. Not this one. It really seems to protect my skin without leaving me covered in a rash or causing me to break out. Only negative is that it is really difficult to apply. Warming it in my hands before applying seems to help a little, but not much. It also leaves a white cast no matter how much I rub it in, but I don’t care about that. Highly recommend!

I got this for my 5 month old baby for vacation. We just traveled from the cold snowy north to the beautiful sunny south. We were in the beach and by the pool most days and out and about others! I used this and NO burn No reaction! It spreads thick but you know where you have your baby covered! And last! Buy buy but

I was scary because I read other reviews but doctor told me her this cream and I did it.. You only need to put it evenly so that it does not become sticky and to bathe it use only soap and water from the baby’s body and without any problem the sunscreen came out, I recommend them and it protected him very well from the sun…

First, it’s rated on EWG as a safer ingredient sunscreen option, and not expensive. We’ve just finished a beach vacation using this product on myself and my son’s legs, arms, neck and face, and my husband’s shoulders, neck and face. It’s too thick to put on my husband’s arms and legs, which have body hair.
I’m used to thick zinc sunscreens but this is super thick and definitely leaves a white palor on a person’s skin. It is about as thick as ThinkBaby sunscreen, maybe a bit thicker. Shadows of it even remain after showering if a person doesn’t know to scrub at it, i.e. it’ll stay on your neck even after your shower.
On the pro side, this product is waterproof to 80mins and we didn’t burn this year despite every day at the beach. Last year, I misunderstood Blue Lizard’s Baby and Sensitive Skin (also EWG safe picks) labeling and didn’t realize those products were only waterproof to 40 mins and didn’t reapply when needed and my husband really burned. As a note, Blue Lizard’s Baby and Sensitive Skin zinc products are quite a bit thinner than this product, I would prefer them except for the waterproof aspect.
Overall, it’s a win because we didn’t burn and we’ll use it again next year.

It’s a great product. A bit pricey, but that’s because of the zinc oxide content. But it leaves a white/blue caste on skin… waiting for a better sunscreen with a physical block to come onto the market.
