I purchased this product to hopefully combat sunspot/aging spots on the backs of my hands and forearms. The product comes in a smaller squeeze tube and the consistency of the product is like a gel. The gel goes on smoothly and absorbs easily into the skin. I would say that after a week of use the backs of my hands are softer and brighter, but I can’t discern any fading or discoloration. I suspect that I would need a month or more of use to see that kind of difference. At this point, it doesn’t have a scent, it goes on easily, and my hands feel great. I will keep using it and if I notice any diminishing of age spots I will update this review.

Even though indeed it is more gel like (not a cream), it still feels lightweight and has no scent. I apply it on the entire face, but since it is a long term process to brighten the post acne spots, you shouldn’t expect the result overnight.

I have been using this “cream” as a spot treatment (although no doubt it would work as well over a wider area), and it seems to be working. I would call it more of a gel-serum than a cream. It does have a slightly viscous texture, but not stickily so. Most niacinamide creams have around 5% concentration and are supposed to be effective and well-tolerated by skin. I have read that 10% is both safe and effective, and I am happy with this concentration.

I don’t know how well it works yet because it takes at least a month to notice but the ingredients in the product are very promising and the price is wonderful.

I just started using this, hence the neutral rating for now. It arrived with a foil seal and in a seal box. It’s a gel that’s unscented as far as I can detect. It’s reasonably priced at $19.99.
Update: I’ve been using this for a couple of weeks and can tell it’s working. It’s the second dark spot treatment that I can say I’ve definitely seen results with. The other was a cream, and the results were in the first week or two. I thought that was as good as it can get, but lightening has continued with this product, and it’s less than half the price at $14.99 right now.

So first i like how they list the amount of niacinamide in the product which is 10%. Then i like how they give you other ideas to apply this product to other areas that may be discolored such as under the arms, thighs or elbows. I didn’t think about other areas on my body that I could use this on. They say this product is a cream, IT IS NOT! it is more like a clear gel which is fine with me as i don’t usually like creams anyways. It should be noted that the gel is not too watery or thick either and glides on pretty smooth and is completely transparent as well as ZERO SCENT. I also liked how they used gotu kola and licorice root in this product as well as tranexamic acid along with niacinamide for hyperpigmentation.

I haven’t seen much of a difference between this cream and any other cream that I have tried that claims to brighten dark spots. The only good thing is that it didn’t cause me to break out which is common due my sensitive skin. It’s moisturizing and it’s not greasy which is great, but I don’t think it works on fighting hyperpigmentation.

This face cream is more of a gel consistency. There is no sent and it blends into the skin very nicely. I just started using this but so far so good.
