I have always taken Vitamin C pills with the slight onset of a scratchy throat and it has helped. This year with COVID-19, I have decided to take vitamin C daily as an immune booster since our bodies does not store this vitamin. I opted for liquid since I am not a pill fanatic.
First, the taste is AWFUL! Not even shaking the bottle makes the taste pleasant. The color is even worse, I literally have to take this with my eyes closed and chase it with water. This product reminds of a gross purulent drainage. The liquid literally looks like pus in a bottle.
Secondly, once I had a cold and wanted to get rid of it fast so I decided to take 1500mg (3 pills) and the side effect was “code runny poop”. Prior to this bad purchase I had taken another liquid vitamin C and that was 1000mg a day. When COVID-19 numbers went up I decided to take 1000mg twice a day (2000mg) and I had to stop. Just in case you was not aware you can NEVER overdose on vitamin C the body does a nice job of getting rid of it via multiple bathroom visits (diarrhea); therefore I don’t believe this OVERPRICED product really is equivalent to 3000mg of vitamin C. I was hesitant to purchase just because of the MG, but I did anyways, because of the good reviews and the fluff marketing. By far the WORSE purchase ever.
Finally, and in closing I don’t mind paying for a quality product, but this product by far was not worth what I paid for. I am very disappointed! I don’t often review my purchases, but this one I had to make an exception with.

Started using this product at the recommendation of my friend a few years ago. I don’t have visible signs to me if it’s working unless I get sick/sore throat (common symptom of my immune system is down for me since childhood). Then my symptoms do resolve quicker when I up my dosage of this during those times. I echo what others are saying: seems like formula/consistency/oxidizing faster has changed. The liquid is so thick it makes it really unpleasant to swallow. I make sure to refrigerate my bottle straight after use, but the color changes so fast now. Maybe not a huge deal, but it looks kind of nasty to me – grayish orange is best I can describe. Please go back to the old formula!! I’ll keep repurchasing for now as it still helps my immune system stay strong.

I like this because it’s convenient you can carry packets with you and it’s 3,000 mg of vitamin c that tastes like orange and also you can tell the difference on your daily performance when you take this or at least I do

Been taking this product for years. Not sure if it’s amazon’s storage or shipping, but compared to what i get from iherb, those from amazon usually comes clumpy instead of homogeneous liquid.

Most people don’t understand that this is really the best and most efficient way to absorb vitamin C for our bodies. Liposomal really gets the job done. Forget the absorbic acid pressed pills they do not even work remotely as well as liposomals like this both for absorption and just effectiveness. The product tastes good and you can feel the nourishment of vitamin C after taking it. High dose as well. You pee what you do not use with vitamin c so if you feel sick don’t feel afraid to hit this with some purpose and drink lots of fluids at the same time. It will help significantly.

We love Aurora Lipsomal C! We try to order 1 bottle every 1-2 months for us to use daily. So we get it when it’s in stock to save us a trip to The Vitamin Shoppe. I feel like it helps with healing and good health. There are a few types of Vitamin C to take, but we like this one for the quality of the product, the effectiveness it provides, boosting our energy and definitely mostly for the absorption which is fantastic with Lipsomals. Vitamin C is helpful also with other vitamins to help their absorption. We take it with our Vegan Iron and also with MSM and sometimes with Magnesium Glycinate. We would love to see a lower price on this product though. I would knock a small amount off one star for that. It’s pretty expensive, but our health is our wealth so we pay a little extra for it for now for us to stay healthy and well.
