I have extremely sensitive, dry skin. In the winter it will even crack if not kept properly moisturized. This Organic Shea Butter is exactly what I need. Since it doesn’t have all the chemicals found in a lot of moisturizers my skin loves it.

This is very solid, much in keeping with a similar product I’d bought in Africa. It’s got a “spoiled nut” type of odor vs any scent, so I mixed a couple drops of essential oil with it.

I like to use this product right under my eyes on that delicate skin above your cheek. I find it is best to only use a tiny amount, warm it between your fingers, and then lightly press it on under your eyes. This really moistens the skin, reduces the look of fine lines and wrinkles. I have heard it will boost collagen production as well. Win WIN!
However if you have acne prone skin be sure not to get it on the rest of your face or you will have a break out. The butter is thick and will clog your pores. I was super careful for about 2 months with my application, but got a bit lazy and started putting too much on and it got on my cheeks. BAM– horrible break out.

It smells really nice but the lid came broken 😞 They gave me a return-less refund which I thought was nice. So I decided to open it and it’s some pretty solid stuff. I would have preferred a replacement but now I don’t feel so bad covering it with foil 🤷🏼♀️ at least I got the money back

Just as described. This shea butter is super thick and moisturizing. That being said, it is a bit difficult to mix it with other products but that’s not a bad thing. Shea butter is thick. I mixed some of mine with coconut oil, a little bit of castor oil, and sweet almond oil for scent. The perfect combination!

It is very thick and you really have to rub it in your hands well before applying it to your skin. However once you have it all rubbed in it does hydrate very well! It smells very good too. Small container though.
