I was curious and optimistic about the scent.
After opening the cap, I only the smelled faintest of one.
Then, I thought the water will activate the scent
Unfortunately, that didn’t work, either.
I’m disappointed with the lack of scent.

Love that this product is ‘clean’. I am very careful about what I put on and into my body, having had cancer 4 years ago. I only buy natural and I’m happy to see this product on EWG’s list… if you don’t know about EWG, you should … only buy products that are not harmful to your body. this is one of them. smell reminds me a bit of patchouli or a woodsy, musk but I like it and it’s comforting in the shower. will buy again

I am so disappointed in the scent of this Shampoo/Body Wash because I purchased two as gifts for my husband and son-in-law who both really love patchouli yet neither of them smell one bit like patchouli or even black pepper for that matter. They smell like lime and not much else.

I saw the ingredients online and was really excited to try this! Anti inflammatory, good for hair, sounded great! Instead I got a scalp covered in eczema flares and my hair was falling out in clumps. When I switched back to my old shampoo, all of those issues stopped, so I don’t know what it is about this but proceed with caution.

Generally I’m suspicious of combination products but this is great as far as shampoo goes. I have not used it as body wash though.

I bought this for my husband. He loved the scent, it’s very manly and pepper-y. However, he mentioned that he doesn’t ever smell or feel fully clean after using it, so he has to wash himself with the body wash a few extra times. He works outside all day long, so he needs something that really gets the grime off. I love Attitude and all of their non-toxic products, so I’m going to get him another one of their body washes to try.

I like this shampoo and body wash. I previously purchased the Bergamot and Ylang Ylang scent and like the smell, but was looking for a different smell. This time I went for the Peppermint and Sweet Orange – smells exactly the same. Even checked the label to make sure I received the correct scent. Keeping because I really like the product and think it works, but disappointed in the scent.
