I’ve already lost 1 pound in day. I’ve been on a diet for the past 3 months. I’m 48 years old and is going though menopause. It took me 2 months before I can loose only 5 pounds. It was only 1 1/2 years ago that I can loose 9 pounds in just 3 weeks!!! And now I’m struggling to loose weight. I’ve on a paleo diet for 3 months! Lost 5 in 2 months and and only loosing 1 1/2 pounds in the past month before taking this product. I feel a lot less hungry the first day and less craving. I will be back to write another review in couple weeks.

It has been only 3 days since my review, and I just had to write another review! I used to buy a “Japan Best Slim”, diet pills which used to work for me in the past, over the past 8 years, on and off, whenever I gain back weight, but that product only best worked for the first 3 weeks and wouldn’t show anymore effect. I had just recently used the past month, before trying this product and had only lost a 2 pounds in months, compared to the last several times, I used to loose 15 pounds in just 3 weeks. After only loosing 2 pounds in a month, I knew that my body is changing a great deal, because I’m older now, at 48 years and after being on a yo yo diet since I’m was 25 and going though menopause, I thought I would never loose the weight again! Between 25-43 yrs of age, I have been between 27-40 pounds. After I reach 43, I gain up 52 pounds for the first time in my life. I went on a low carb, high protein diet and took 3 weeks to loose from 152 pounds to 137 pounds in only 3 weeks!!!! After that, from 137 pounds, it took 2 months to loose from 137-132 pounds, and from 132- 127 pounds, it took 3 months to loose. So, I get closer to my desired weight, it takes longer and longer! When I was in my 20’s and 30’s of age, It would only take 3 months to loose 15 pounds, in other words, this is poof, that as you get older, it’s just so much harder to loose weight! It’s been 3 months from 150 pounds, I only lost a total of 7.5 pounds, before trying this product! And just after 4 days of using Atrafen elite, I lost 4 pounds and plus being on a no carb, paleo diet, which I had already been on a paleo diet for the past 3 months! It was only a little over a year ago, I lost 9 pounds on a paleo diet in just 3 weeks! It’s amazing how my body has changed in just little over year, which I can loose 5 pounds in 2 months!!!
In the past 4 days, my body felt like a hot thermol, I wasn’t if it was my hot flashes from me menopausing, but now I sure its Altrafen Elite.
If you still fairly young, I would reccomend the regular AtraFen pills. I choice the Elite, only knowing how much more difficult it is for me to loose weight now. I am so happy now, because I got only 6 more days before a wedding, that I’ve been trying to loose 15 pounds, in time for this wedding! I’m now at 139 pounds and i’m confident enough, I’ll loose another 4 pounds in the remaining 6 days!!! I am just so happy I choice to this product!

Sturdy and well built, no problems with installation. Used TVFool to aim. toward Sacramento, 103 miles away with line of sight reception. Aimed the other panel to local stations 30 miles and closer. Sort of worked. Got only the strongest without pixelation. Tried putting both sections together aimed at Sacramento with better results for Sacramento but less for local. Works only sporadically without pixelating. I know it’s not advertised for 100 miles but TVFool lists these stations as green or yellow, and I got them fine with my much smaller “test” antenna I got from Home Depot. I thought this would be an improvement, it is not. Possibly the smaller antenna was less directional so it worked better? Anyway I will be returning it and trying something different, less directional and with at least some VHF reception (this got none at all on VHF). For reference, we live on a hill with about 2000 ft more elevation than Sacramento so the line of sight distance has no problems with curvature. I still expect to be able to receive these stations with a better antenna.
So….Today I decided to try something suggested on a forum. Took the two halves apart and hooked just one of them (no combiner, just a single linear connection), set it on the floor (one story house) leaning on a coffee table pointed in the general direction of a south facing window towards Sacramento and ran a scan. 28 clear, non-pixelating channels, all held signal for hours. I watched the Packers win this morning on wonderful high definition! My conclusion – the split panel idea seems good for two directions, but for some reason the signal was so weak it didn’t work for either direction. The single panel works great, so no need to try the small antenna. This one was cheap enough that the extra panel is like free, and construction quality is excellent. Based only on my experience, you will have better luck with a 4-bay in the first place, unless the 8-bay is all one piece. Interestingly, I also am getting the strongest local channel with this antenna pointing toward Sacramento. Sacramento is 178 degrees per TVFool, and Chico is 320 degrees. Amazing that the Chico stations are visible even though the antenna is pointing 120 degrees away from the station.
