Used this vitamin for many year. Recommended by a natural doctor.

The vitamins were clearly damaged as I opened jar and cotton was stuck to pills and very yellow in discoloration. Product was gross looking like it was breaking down, horrible condition as of it was wet then dried. This seems to be common now with this produc based on similar reviews. So it’s also completely wrong that it’s not return eligible. This is garbage product and needs to be returned for refund for failure to deliver usable product.

We apologize for the production glitch that affected so many Activator tablets in our last lot. This has been resolved and all of us at Nutri-Spec thank you for your patience while we worked with our manufacturer to get it corrected.
The product, though a little crumbly, is absolutely safe to use, but that has now been fixed and our new lot is back to the quality you expect from such an incredible product. There is no substitute for Activator as it is truly one of a kind.
Please note that Quercetin, an ingredient that has been added to the New Activator, like many bioflavonoids, is intensely orange — thus the color change surprising to those familiar with the past Activator formulations.
There is simply no Metabolic ACTIVATOR available anywhere that gives you so much value in defense against INFLAM-AGING.

I think the ingredients are great. If only it wasn’t big enough to choke a horse! Why not make them smaller and increase the number of pills in each daily dose? Also, the coating on some of them was flaking off. All together a serious choking hazard! They are currently in my trash. Shame and a pity.

We apologize for the production glitch that has affected so many Activator tablets.
This is purely a case of “too much of a good thing”. A critical recent enhancement of Activator was the addition of Quercetin — the Senolytic REJUVENIN nutrient. Regrettably, we did not allow adequately for that flavanol’s tendency to pull water out of the air. That problem is compounded by NUTRI-SPEC’s well-known commitment to minimize excipients in our products. So, with a minimal protective coating and a large amount of a moisture-attracting nutrient — many tablets pulled in enough water to cause crumbling.

The pulling moisture from the air was unacceptable from the start — and we alerted you that, despite the alarming appearance, the nutritive value is unaffected.
But, now that the enormity of the problem is apparent we can no longer in good conscience sell the product.
Rectifying the problem is simply a matter of changing the proportions of Quercetin and excipient. Alas, “simply” has been not at all simple. = = = Supply Chain delays & label change delays have frustrated us. In just a few weeks we will have your new product. Meanwhile, with any ACTIVATOR you may have in stock…
You can be 100% assured there is absolutely zero compromise of product quality. All the nutrients — all the extraordinary REJUVENINS and ADAPTOGENS (= NADH, Lipoic Acid, Carnitine, Glycine, NAC, Coenzyme Q-10, Benfotiamine, Taurine, and Quercetin), plus all the vitamins, minerals, and trace minerals — are there in their most biologically active form, and perfectly balanced proportions.
