Very small. I don’t think it worth the price. And you have to a bath in a tub not a shower to use this product.

My daughter has anxiety and takes forever to fall asleep. This is first lotion to truly work. Now for me, I was asleep within 20 mins or so. For her, I did like recommended… put on approximately 2 hours before ideal bedtime or sleeping time. It worked beautifully, as she unwound in her bed… the scent slowly kicked in and she slept through the night. (My daughter is 15.)
