This is my second time taking this product, a friend gave it to me first and in a couple of weeks I could see the difference in my skin and my nails. I had to purchase it to keep seeing results. The taste is flavorless which I like and it mixes out well in room temperature water. I have joint pain, I am not taking any pain meds and I know this product reduces the pain in my knees.
