    Assuming that AstraGin does what it claims, it should fulfill an important role in nutrition. The extensive literature available, however, is directed to entice people to use AstraGin during ‘pre-workouts’ and ‘post-workouts.’

    I am not one of those people. I am an older man who wants AstraGin to do what the manufacturer claims AstraGin does every time I eat a meal loaded with nutrients plus the supplements that I consume during those meals. Unfortunately, there is no way to know if AstraGin benefits people like me. There are plenty of ways to read how AstraGin presumably benefits those who ‘pre-workout’ and ‘post-workout.’

    I love this stuff oh my if you want to absorb your vitamins many come out in your urine this will prevent it. And u can cut down creatine dosages this stuff hyper asorbs it is good very trust.

    Jacked Factory put this in its Green Tea extract and then I couldn’t get that product. So i got another product of green tea and looked up AstraGin to see what it does and ordered it to take along with the other green tea product. I don’t know if it works as yet but if it enhances bioavailability its worth it. There are a lot of supplements that have limited bioavailability.
