I did some research on the benefits of Astaxanthin and decided to incorporate it in my daily routine. It is a small, easy to swallow, once a day pill that does what it says it does. I feel better and I can take it and forget it in the morning. I use Astaxanthin for several reasons: to lower cholesterol, prevent macular degeneration/ cataracts, and cancer prevention as it is a great antioxidant and contains carotenoids. Very small softgels which I LOVE because I can’t swallow medium or big pills. Very good product! This is a great value for you money.

I bought this product to protect my skin in the sun. It works 100%. I get a type of sun poisoning when first out in the sun, but not with this product. I also noticed improvements in my skin’s appearance, it had less of an appearance of fine dry lines. I will definitely continue use.
