This product work , not telling a lie … be careful drink plenty of water. There’s no pain or anything of that nature. Nice product if you feel bloated or you want a reset!!!!

I have read other reviews that were not that favorable. I on the other hand had an excellent experience with this product. I guess it just depends on you as an individual. I didn’t have stomach cramps or excessive gas. I just felt the urge to relieve myself. It made going to the bathroom an easy experience for me. I will continue to use this product as needed.

For my digestive system the recommended two capsules a day was too small initially, but after toying about I discovered my dosage and it has worked well, So I recommend everyone to start with one capsule a day and then see how it goes. Once you find the right balance, it does the job without any discomfort.

I took 2 pills for 3 nights in a row and I was expecting a whole lot more then what I got! All that I did get was a whole lot of Gas and that is about it, now should I have taken it longer?? I don’t know all I do know is I read the other reviews and most of them said their bowels got flushed out but I had non of that. I don’t know if I should take it longer or just stop taking it.
