I don’t know how to judge if this helps or not as I have taken the whole bottle now but can’t say I felt any differently. I believe the ingredients are great and I had no issues using this. I probably will not get another botle.

This supplement for wellness and vital immunity is very well made and it’s apparent that a lot of consideration went into putting all of these excellent ingredients together. It tastes good and after about the 3rd day I noticed an effect, even though I only take one drop daily.
Usually when washing my hands with very cold water, it caused me to sneeze and after taking the drops, the cold water no longer causes me to sneeze. This leads me to believe that it improved my body’s immunity, which is quite impressive.
Results may vary perhaps, but I really like these drops and highly recommend them.

Ordered to use as an additive to our superfood smoothies – it has a great smell and taste. Haven’t notices as negative side effects. Always hard for me to tell for sure if something is definitely doing it’s job to be honest, but I have had several blood panels run this month because of major heath issue that came up and my electrolytes and minerals were all spot on (even with medications that were supposed to be depleting them).
