I originally ordered this as I learned it is good for those with hypo (or hyper) thyroid issues. I was looking to help balance those hormones. I’ve been taking it a few weeks now and I am feeling a combination of a few things: more energetic, able to handle stress better (or not let it affect me), a reduction in inflammation, a bump up in memory (hoping that gets better the longer I use it). I also like the fact that this should help lower cortisol levels (life hitting me from all angles the last 6 months), and slow cell degeneration, This will become a part of my daily routine!

I am an occasional coffee drinker and decided to stop drinking coffee while trying out this product to see if and what effect it may have. I do feel like my mood has been more stable while taking the Ashwagandha capsules (twice daily) once in the morning and once with dinner. I also feel like I have more sustained energy that does not dip as much in the afternoon, as well as having more of a clear mind.
Although all or some of this may be a placebo effect, for the price of this product (about $17.00 for 3 months), it seems to be a great value. This is only after a week of taking product–I look forward to finding any lasting changes with continued used.

I have suffered with dysthymia since puberty onset. Through the years I tried every natural thing that I thought could alleviate my symptoms including exercise, mediation, yoga, diet modification. Ashwagandha is something my husband and I both take, it is a game changer! It is the best for stress! This is the main reason we take it. I’ve noticed other benefits that include better sleep and Im more positive all around.
