Ashwagandha Gummies for Kids and Teens were a great purchase that I’ll be repeating to get us through the puberty years. After only a little while of use, we noticed a range of benefits, from reducing stress and irritability to improving sleep and attention.
Since incorporating them into our routine, I’ve noticed a positive shift in my kids’ mood and overall demeanor. The stress and irritability that often accompany puberty seem to have lessened, which has been a huge relief! I am so impressed with these Ashwagandha for Kids gummies! I know Ashwagandha usually has a very bitter flavor, but these gummies taste great, making it easy for my child to take them daily. They’ve helped my kid tremendously, balancing his food intake because he no longer feels stressed. Plus, he’s sleeping amazingly well now. These gummies have truly made a difference in his overall well-being. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure these are having an effect on mood, mind or rest, but it’s possible. Supplements affect different people in different ways, so I’ll give it a little more time to kick in. Maybe it will show improvement for my daughters ADHD.
As far as the gummies, I tried two of them, and they aren’t that great tasting… to me anyhow. They’re sort of a black licorice, and definitely not strawberry. Not sure where they got that from. So, if you like black licorice, you’re good to go. They chew really easy. They’re soft textured, and not at all like traditional, stick to your teeth gummie candies.
The price is alright. It’s pretty much in line with other comparable supplements, but I’m stingy. They do go one sale from time to time, so they’d be a better deal during one of those or with a coupon. All in all, they’re decent enough. You’ll have to determine personal efficacy and if you like the flavor on your own.

Bought the adult ones and both me and my fiancé love them! Now that they have a kids product, we all take them as a family. My kids love the taste so they never give us crap about taking them. Definitely helps with mood and stress (these days anything that helps offset all this social media negativity is worth investing in with our kids!) Also, we’ve researched the brand and they have outstanding quality, give back to community and the environment and they have transparency about their products and do third party testing which is super important for us as parents. It’s become incredibly hard to find brands that we can trust so we will continue to purchase and support this Tribe as long as they continue to do right by us and make these great tasting and impactful products.

I was hoping to get something for my children that would help them to find calm, focus, and relaxation. This is not it. I’m not sure if it was the batch or what but the gummies are very hard, bitter, and we’ve not noticed any difference. My 7 yr old took two and they had absolutely no effect for him. It’s been a couple of days and we are going to have to put them down. A whole jar and they’re not cheap. These are expensive gummies. How very disappointing. Very, very disappointing. I’m an adult and I took them as well. Like I said, it may just be the batch but what a waste of money for this to be the first batch I get and they’re defective or just not helpful. How awful.
