All in all is hard to explain it helps me to get a better sleep not that I have issues getting to it but the quality is way better and I feel more active during the day and less moody it definitely helped my energy levels but one thing for sure you should know are the crazy cristal clear dreams almost vivid like you are in control sometimes I took 3 bottles in 5 months and I am taking a break right now to see what happens I would recommend it I didn’t have a any side effects and I normally take two gummy’s right before bed time every day only t problem I think they are way too sweet but I don’t know if the vitamin c and d are really doing anything but I never got COVID 19 and I work with people all day and I am not vaccinated.

I was skeptical about taking these because everyone’s body works different. I bought these at a time where I experienced full on anxiety for the first time in my life. I didn’t know where to turn, I heard ashwagandha was great for it so I decided to look on Amazon. I’m not really a pill person so I looked for gummies and came across this. Truthfully within a week of taking this at the recommended dose, my anxiety came down drastically. I rarely have panic attacks/anxiety anymore. I stopped taking them but nonetheless my anxiety is still not where it used to be. These are the truth. Very easy to chew very flavorful. Thank you !

I just found out that this herb can cause a false positive for benzo’s. As someone with a job that requires regular drugs tests i am now stressed out. I wish i would have known about this. Be careful if you have drug testing at your job.

I like these gummies; I don’t know if it’s just coincidence but I do get in a better mood while taking them. The taste is a bit different; something to get used to. Not bad but different. Not totally fruity. The texture is great. Overall I do like them.

These gummies are amazing I take two and in about 30 minutes I can start to feel a difference. There’s no weird “high” feeling, I don’t feel wired or bugged out, I just feel more relaxed and can keep my head from racing with thoughts. I think these taste really good too. After my Father recommended Ashwagandha for stress and anxiety I started researching it and realized it could possibly help a lot for myself as well as my husband and daughter. I started researching on Amazon for a good product and ended up settling on this one after reading all the reviews. All 3 of us have been taking it for a few weeks now and so far none of us have had any adverse reactions to it. The gummie is easy to take, the taste for me is neutral. It taste just like a fruit snack with just a hint of an earthy herbal taste, exactly what I would expect it to taste like. I’m not exactly sure yet of how well it helps for anxiety and stress since we’ve only been taking it for a few weeks but I have to say that things do seem a lot less stressful in the household so we are going to continue to keep taking it and hope that it really does help all of us for the long term.
