These capsules are completely full, easy to swallow and had not off taste or smell. I had no adverse effects from taking this supplement. It is a strong supplement.

This Ashwagandha supplement seemed a little stronger that what I’ve taken in the past, despite the dosage being the same—I guess because it’s an extract of the herb. The first time I took it I felt a slight feeling of increased energy and euphoria, which I must attribute to the Ashwagandha because it was the only change in my morning supplements. But this may not be the result for everyone, because we are all chemically different. Given the Nature4U brand is also affordable and third party lab tested, I will be switching to it from my old brand.

I find products like this hard to give an accurate review, because how can I know if it is actually working, especially when I take other supplements too. And get exercise. And eat healthily. That being said, since I’ve been taking this I’ve been feeling good. The pills are easily to swallow and uniform in appearance. It is what I expected it to be.

I use this product almost nightly to help provide a decent night’s sleep. It is not like melatonin to make you sleepy but does insure that once you get to sleep that you get a very good night’s rest. No morning draggy sleep hangover like you can experience from California poppy, allowing you to awaken alert and ready to face the day. Highly recommnded.

This is an extract, so it’s much more potent than basic ashwagandha. I definitely notice immediate effects when taking it. However, I am not a fan of the excipients (additives) in the product, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking this daily – I prefer a more natural formulation. It also doesn’t say which extraction method was used, so it’s impossible to know whether there are any trace chemicals from the extraction. I still gave it 4 stars since it is potent and seems like legitimate ashwagandha extract and at a good value/price.
