I really like it, I can’t feel any taste, it needs to be shaken really well, otherwise it would have little texture while drinking. I do recommend to drink it slowly, at least for me it worked to prevent nausea. Great size.

Creapure-brand German-made Creatine is probably the best on the market currently. It has the lowest levels of impurities in it, meaning that you’re getting nearly the full 5g of Creatine in your serving. These impurities, such as creatinine in the bloodstream is tied to kidney disorders, so if you’re consuming it, you might get flagged for kidney problems, when none actually exist. I haven’t found any data that suggests that ingestion of creatinine is in any way harmful, but if the supplement you’re taking has it in there, you’re getting less of what you paid for.
I’ve used creatine off and on for years, and have tried the name brands, as well as the cheapo offbrands. I’ve seen positive effects of using creatine with respect to lean muscle mass increases, and increases in strength. So, I use it.
This product dissolves quite readily in room-temperature and warm liquids, although most creatine dissolves more slowly in cold liquids. This one was no exception. The only downside on this product is that the price is a little higher per serving of Creapure than some of the other brands out there, but not by much. That said, I’ll continue using this product for a couple of months to see what happens. If it works out well, I’ll pony up and get more.

I have been getting emails from Arnold Schwarzenegger in his website called the pump. I have been taking GNC creatine for years and I don’t really know how that shakes out but he was talking about his study of a huge amount of creatine brands that like 85% didn’t do any good at all! Korea pure seems to be a better quality creatine and so I am of the opinion that this is going to work better since the GNC doesn’t advertise it as appear. Like my headline says in the end who knows. Because I don’t do heavy bench, pressing, and mainly floor exercises , it’s hard to really tell for sure how well this stuff works but all the reports I’ve read said it’s a good supplement to do.
