    The eyemask failed after only three months but I contacted Aroma Season and they sent a new controller. That wasn’t the problem so they sent an entirely new mask kit. I now have a working mask and hoping it won’t fail. Fingers crossed. Otherwise, I’m happy with the product. I was happy with the customer service experience.

    I had another one of these by Aroma Season with flax in it. It lasted from September until last month. I contacted the seller because it had a year warranty, but no response. I do not like this as well because of the location of the cord on the right side and has to cross over me to get to the electric plug. It does have a very long cord and that is an advantage. I like both products. The are soothing and light blocking, I just don’t like the short life span for the $$ spent. Thus the lack of stars. As far as the product goes they are both 5 star when then work.

    UPDATE
    The company stood behind their warranty. I needed a cable replacement but they sent a total replacement. I now have 3 of these and expect to use them for a long time to come. I use them a.m. and p.m. according to doctor’s orders. I especially appreciate the timer because they are so soothing I am often asleep before the 20 minutes ends and they block the light so well I don’t even know when it is morning until I take off the mask and face the bright light of day.

    Opened the box right after it arrived to find only one mask in the box–the microwave mask. There was no electric mask in the box. The box clearly states two pieces and the product page says two pieces as well the photos. Returned and did not want to chance ordering a replacement.

Aroma Season’s Customer service saw my initial review and reached out to me before I even contacted them. They sent me a new mask for free under the 12 month warranty. I’ve updated my initial 2 star review to 4 stars.
