Para aquecer a almofada, coloque-a no micro-ondas por 20 segundos. Verifique a temperatura antes de aplicar nos olhos. Para resfriar, coloque-a na geladeira por 30 minutos. My optometrist recommended that I use steam heat on my eyes for ten minutes each night before I go to sleep, to help alleviate dry eyes. I was using the disposable steam-heat masks that you can buy for ten in a package, but that would get pricey after a while so I ordered this.
I’m very happy with it. The mask is soft and comfortable to wear. I fell asleep with it on, in fact.
The head strap is adjustable and the plastic slider is thin so it doesn’t bother your head, no matter what position it is in.
You remove the center pack via a zipper on the top of the mask to either microwave or freeze it before use. That’s the only downside to a reusable mask as opposed to the self-heating throwaways: you have to go microwave it right before bed.
The inner pack has lavender and I believe flaxseed. The instructions tell you how long to microwave it based on the power of your microwave. I did the 20 seconds recommended for a 1000-watt microwave, but it wasn’t quite as warm as I wanted so I added another ten seconds, and that was just right.
Call me Goldilocks.
Again, this is a comfortable and easy-to-use mask. You can remove the center core and throw the mask itself in the washing machine to clean it.

The mask was as expected, I am happy with the weight, the material is soft to the touch. I appreciate that the mask is washable, I think that is extremely helpful for hygienic reasons. The mask is nice at a reasonable price.

I loved this mask, especially the lavender scent which helped me relax. I found this product was a better alternative than some of the expensive smart goggles for relaxation and meditation. The warm compress on my eyes made my eyes moist for a few minutes but it relieved some of my tension headache and even some of the sinus pressure I was feeling because of the way the mask sat on my face. Definitely would recommend.

Have been using this after work. Warm it up, sit in my chair and put this on. Feels great, relaxing and get a short nap in. Eyes haven’t felt this good in a long time.

I love this thing. When you microwave it, it smells amazing. Plus it works to reduce puffy eyes or dryness (which is why I bought it). It can be placed in the freezer also, but I haven’t tried that yet. I’m just honestly impressed by how good it smells. And also the band is adjustable so you can adjust it to stay on your head better. So if you’re standing around listening to someone lecture and you want to take a vacation, well you can put this baby on and you can bet it will stay put! I love this thing. I like this eye compress okay. I feel like it is a bit small in size. I have a pretty normal sized head/face in my opinion, and this barely comes to the outside of my eyes. The scent is very light, which is absolutely fine with me. It does feel a little cheaply made. I’m not sure how many times that little zipper is going to take being zipped and unzipped, and the thin elastic band feels like it’s going to be stretched out in no time. I think the price of $15.00 is a tad high for the quality, IMO.

I think everyone should own one of these. They’re so soothing after working all day and are stupidly easy to heat up. The scent was there but subtle enough to dissipate after using for awhile. The only thing I can comment on is that it feels a bit heavy but that could entirely be personal conjecture.

I really like this eyemask. It is made of high quality materials and includes an insert that can be heated in the microwave. The heat lasts around ten minutes in the mask and makes the experience that much more soothing. The lavender scent is a nice addition that helps sooth me to sleep. I found the eye mask comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and can highly recommend this.

The Aroma Season Microwave Eye Mask is very soft, it feels great against the skin. The back strap is easily adjustable with a slide so it can accommodate many head sizes. It’s slightly weighted, making it nestle nicely against the eyes.
The entire mask can’t be placed in the microwave as a zipper across the top contains metal parts. The inner pack is removable, and that’s the part that goes in the microwave. I found the suggested heating time to be woefully inadequate. I have a 1250-watt microwave, so I heated it for 20 seconds (that’s what’s suggested for 1000 watts.). At 20 seconds the heating pack was barely warm. I stuck it in for another twenty and the heating level seemed pretty good. It gives off a wonderful lavender aroma when heated. The combination of warmth and lavender makes it very soothing. The heat was a moist heat, it felt wonderful to my screen-fatigued eyes. The effect lasted a good seven minutes.
After the mask had totally cooled, I placed it in the freezer. I grabbed it that night as I headed for bed. I didn’t get the calming lavender aroma using it this way, (it’s the heat that activates the scent), but I still found it very relaxing. I know the cool lasted for at least the same amount of time as the heat, seven minutes, but I can’t say if it lasted any longer as I fell asleep while wearing it. It’s very relaxing and quite comfortable.
I really like this mask. I find it to be well made. I like the design. Having the heating pack removable means the outer sleeve is washable, which I appreciate. The soothing heat and coolness do a wonderful job of providing stress relief, helping my eyes, and bringing me to a state of relaxation so I can fall asleep faster. There’s only one thing I find lacking- I wish they had included a bag to store it in.
*I do want to point out one thing. There’s a picture on the order page that shows the mask being placed into what appears to be a toaster oven. It’s possible the product image was pasted into that photo. This mask can NOT be heated in a regular oven or toaster oven, it would catch fire. It can only be heated in the microwave.
