I have terrible menstrual cramps and heating pads never cut it. Mainly because they don’t maintain heat long enough, shut off after a period of time and are not portable. These were great! While i would love the heat to be more constant, i found with occasional re-adjustments i was able to use this for about 5 hours and receive heat. Was a great way to help my cramping. It did not get rid of my cramping however due to my severity, nothing usually does so i imagine for some this may actually eliminate it.

the warmth helps. a hysterectomy would have been more thorough, but this is sort of a warm band aid, i guess. it sometimes sticks to the knickers, sometimes falls off, which can be embarrassing. if you stick it on your tummy, the heat won’t burn you or anything, but my abdomen is so used to heating pads by now… anyway, it helps, and it doesn’t make me throw up like tylenol and advil.

I’ve bought quite a few of these from my local store before, and they were always warm and worked great. This time, I decided to get a bulk from Amazon, but I think I got an old batch. When I took the strip off, there was no heat at all. I tried three of them, and none of them warmed up after removing the strip. I wouldn’t buy these again.

I always cramp horribly the day before and first day of my period. These make life so much easier. They’re hard to find so I’m glad I found a multi pack on here.
They stick well, they’re perfect sized, and help ease the pain so I can work or deal with the family as needed. They last nearly 6-8 hours before I either need to change it out or just use a normal heating pad. It was a good value for the price, I just wish they could get a little hotter.
