Im pretty surprised I didn’t know this gets pretty hot real quick! It has 3 settings with number 1 being the lowest. Number 1 & 2 are pretty low I bearly feel anything but once you set it to number 3 it gets SUPER HOT! Its kinda weirs how its set up that way?? Because the first 2 settings I don’t feel anything but once you put it to 3 it gets real hot!
Now is it uncomfortable? Not really?? You get used to the heat. The belt it self its super comfortable! Its super stretchy and adjustable! When you turn it on it will stay on for 30 minutes so don’t worry if you will leave it on all night. I would say this belt does the job my cramps are gone with in a couple of minutes! It also has a vibration setting for when you need comfort. You can have the vibration and the heat turned on at the same time. Now I don’t know what I will do without this! Definitely would buy again!

This has been a game changer in helping with menstrual cramps. It heats up so quick and the vibration is a nice addition. Very soothing. It has also helped with back cramps too. It comes with a charging cord and is easy to charge. The size is perfect. It’s easy to strap on and just go. You can wear it all day without it being noticeable.
Bonus in the colder months it comes in handy as a portable heater.

I bough this on Sunday to arrive yesterday because I knew my period would be starting either yesterday or today, I started yesterday and have been using this pretty much since I opened the package up. It is easy to use, warms up very quickly, is comfortable to wear, is good quality (as you can see I’m pulling on the release button to unlatch it and it’s not budging, you do need two hands to get this off) and has enough coverage. My only downsides are that it’s not my favorite color so I’ll be exchanging for the white one (the pink one would arrive faster) and it takes a while to fully charge so expect to be out for 3-4 hours.

I do very much enjoy this product. It can easily be hidden under your clothes if you are cramping at work. However, the battery life is quite short. Do not expect to be able to use this product for longer than about an hour at a time. It automatically turns off, and if you like high heat (which I do), you can expect to get about 3 uses out of this (so about 2.5ish hours) before you’ll need to charge it again. This is great for on-the-go use…if you are at home, however, you might opt for a regular old corded heating pad, it’s just going to last longer.

Perfect, wish I got it in green. The gray color is still sleek. The vibration settings are very different from one another, perfect for everyday needs. The waist band is super adjustable and comfortable. No performance issues, works correct and efficiently! Must have, would buy a thousand times again.

Was very happy to get this in. Only giving 4/5 stars because the massage feature makes it sound like a BlackBerry from the mid 2000s and is incredibly noisy.
The heat, on the other hand, is nearly instantaneous and absolutely wonderful. I already know I’ll be using this SO MUCH

Love how small and lightweight this is – makes it easy to use on the go and even hide when out and about. It gets very hot, so it’s important to have a cloth that isn’t too thin between your skin and the heater. The vibration feature may be odd for some, but I find it helpful in relieving my pain. It isn’t extremely loud, but you can hear the vibration if the room is on the quieter side. The strap is adjustable and the device is simple to use. Charges quickly, too!

1. The heating pad is comfortable to wear. It works like a little fanny pack and it is slim enough to fit under your clothes, and if you have other layers on top no one should notice. The heating pad is also very light weight, and the clip to take the pad off and on is very easy.
2. The buttons for the heating vs the massage features are very easy to understand. There are only 3 settings for each and you can do the features together or alone.
3. I really like that the heating pad is rechargeable and the cord to charge the pad is a standard USB, so if (like me) you have lots of random standard USB cables around, you can easily charge the pad.
4. You should be warned that the product gets VERY HOT. On the package instructions the manufactures state that you should have a piece of material between your skin and the pad, and you should most definitely follow that advice. For me, I really appreciate how hot the pad gets, because I am in severe pain quite often and most heating pads do not get hot enough for me. But, when you do use it, use a thick piece of fabric between your skin and the pad, a thin piece of fabric will do nothing.
5. I really like that I can do my daily tasks while wearing this and I do not feel weighed down or awkward. It makes me feel like I can have the relief I need and still maintain some of my normal life.
6. The massage feature isn’t a feature I really felt was essential to this product, but if you are someone that benefits from vibrations on your abdomen, then this will definitely do the trick. Keep in mind though, the massage setting is quite loud.
7. The charge lasts about two hours, which for me really isn’t long enough and so my main complaint is that I do not like how much I need to charge this product, but then again, I’m not sure what to expect from a product that heats from a USB charge. And hour-two hours is probably decent in the relative sense.
