This thing has been a lifesaver! First of all it is not a “pad”. It is a stretchy, adjustable belt that wraps your back in soothing compression – almost like a back brace. And of course – no cord!!! The ability to walk around with it on is wonderful!
There are three heat settings. The highest gets really hot, so I have only used it to warm it up quickly and then turn it back down. It also has a three level massage feature. Not much power, but enough to get blood flow going, which helps with pain relief.
My only minor issue is there is no way to secure the battery pack in its pouch. I’m afraid having it slide out and dangle might eventually damage the little usb plug wire. I will be adding a velcro loop to keep it from sliding out.
It does take a while to fully charge the battery. Might check to see if they sell the batteries separately. Battery life per charge is good considering the amount of heat this little thing is putting out.
Overall I am super pleased with this purchase and definitely recommend!

This is the my third one I have bought from this company. My husband, myself and our daughter. They are very nice. The first eye appeal is the packaging and then opening it up to a very neat and professional looking heated back brace. The massage modes are nice too! Gets hot quickly but has a 30 minute safety shut off so you don’t get burned.

Bought this for a friend suffering from low back pain. She uses it more for the heat than the massage vibration feature. It hasn’t cured her back pain, but it does relieve it.

I am a physical therapist with 25 years of experienced in all health care settings. This has been one of the most effective interventions for low back pain that I have found in many years. I use it for myself because I play a lot of sports and have occasional back strains with pain. I have also recommended it to many of the patients I see with either chronic or short term back pain, and almost all have given feedback that it has decreased their back pain. especially because the heat source is snugged securely to the back and does not dissipate like rice packs. It’s also very functional that you can walk around and do your activities while wearing the device and not be tethered to a plug-in cord. Having the massager is an extra bonus and it is not very loud. I feel confident recommending it because it does have the auto shut off after 30 minutes and I’m not worried about them getting burned. It can be tailored to the individual as it has different settings of heat and massage. I have used it several times on one charge, so the battery is very efficient for its size Overall, a great value for the money. I highly recommend it.

Love the fact that it is battery operated and surprisingly the battery lasts for a couple sessions. The battery goes down somewhat quickly when using the vibration function but that’s to be expected. All in all, I am very happy with the purchase.

After finishing physical therapy for lower back pain, I needed to replace my old gelatin hot-cold microwavable heating pad for something more high-tech, certain that there was a heating pad that was powered by a rechargeable lithium-battery via USB. After a short search on Amazon, I found this amazing heating pad that also had a massage function that was built into a lower-back brace. After reading the mostly positive reviews and watching a few videos I decided to purchase it because the price was also unbeatable. I’ve been using it daily as a back-brace for indoor use (I have another that I wear outside when doing yardwork), for heat before my morning stretching, and heat and massage after strenuous exercise. And because I have several lithium-battery chargers for on-the-go phone charging I’m never without power. After reading some of the negative comments it goes without saying that one never puts a heating pad on bare skin, and first-time users of any device should always start on the lowest setting. I found low heat to be too low, but medium just right. So I didn’t even try high heat. And although the message function vibrates at a low audible level, it is not as loud as say a massage chair. So that’s a positive in my opinion. When flying or traveling by car I’ll use my normal non-vibrating back-brace. I don’t think wearing this unit with its built-in vibrating mechanism would be very comfortable on an airline or car seat. I’ll use my lumbar support instead and pack this unit in my luggage and fire it up when I get to the comfort of my hotel / Airbnb. I highly recommend this product.

The battery pack is just awful it doesn’t last long at all. Charging takes 6 hours and even on the lowest heat setting this doesn’t last more than a couple hours. The belt heat however is surprisingly good. Hot enough on the lowest setting that if it is on direct skin and you are leaning on it then much more would burn so that’s great heat. The vibration is quite nice but it is loud for public use. But overall with another battery pack this does give good heat and vibration. For the price I’m pretty annoyed with the cheap rubbish battery pack.

The temperature if great, fits well. The heat is only in 2 places and not the whole length of the back. The battery life is horrible! I’ll use it once then let it sit for days and it will be dead when I go to use it again. Weird that it dies even while not in use.
