i got this bc my old heating pad was giving out and i wanted an upgrade. i was very excited to see a weighted heating pad bc i usually hav to hold them down manually to get enough heat which is very inconvenient. this pad is a nice size, it can cover my whole torso but is also ok for a shoulder or leg. the material is very soft and comfortable. the control is easy to use and the backlight (only turns on when u press a button) is very handy. my only issue with this product is the temperature. the top two settings (8 and 9) are good for me for mild pains and muscle aches, but i got this product for pain relief and it does not get hot enough to do anything about my more severe pains, like muscle and digestive cramps. the 9 level of heat is what i would want the 5 or 6 level to be. the lower levels of heat are still nice and with the weight it is very comforting. i still think this is a very good product, i will still use it, i just wish it got a bit hotter. it seems thoughtfully designed and so far it works well.

I do not normally write reviews but this heating bad is a 100/10. I originally bought this heating pad years ago to help with period cramps and I use it almost nightly bc it’s just that good. I even influenced my grandparents and my parents to get one AND I recently just bought another so my boyfriend and I don’t have to share!
I love the different heat settings, the timer, THE FACT THAT ITS WEIGHTED! It’s not majorly heavy but just enough that it’s an added level of comfort. I cannot recommend this heating pad enough!

LOVE that this heating pad is weighted – it stays where you put it and stays in contact with the area of pain without having to put additional pressure on it in order to feel the heat. Also love the 9 heat settings, auto shut-off, and memory features. Although this pad doesn’t get as hot as others, I find it gets quite warm and almost hot – I use the 7th heat level because using level 9 gets too warm for me to sleep comfortably until It turns off. It definitely soothes and eases my sciatic pain in lower back and leg. Have only had and used this heating pad every day for 2 weeks, and so as long as it lasts a long while, I would definitely buy it again and would recommend it to others.

I love this heating pad & especially the weighted feature and it is so soft! My only complaint is that I wish it got a lot hotter than it did. For most people it’s probably fine, but I have chronic pain so I need something very very hot to make a big difference in the pain (which is why I bought this). It still helps but not as much as some of the ones I’ve had before that had higher heating temperatures. I’m not sure how hot this one actually is, it’s rated 0-9.
updated review: as much as i loved it and it’s features plus how hot it got for my back pain, i need to update here and say- i’ve bought two now because the first one finally stopped working after maybe about a year- which i thought okay, well i use it constantly maybe it’s just too much wear & tear? so i bought a second. this one broke even quicker, same issue too. the cord that attaches to the pad has some type of shorting out issue & the remote just blinks (F for error?) over and over and sometimes if i move the cord around it will start working for a bit, but this only worked for a week or so until that no longer did the trick and it was done once this issue began. I’m sad about this because i did love them at first, but they keep breaking on me!

This is the best weighted heating pad. It’s very soft fabric stays put wherever you place it. It’s surprising how much you’ll use it even in the summer. In the winter I’ll use it just to have some warmth when I’m chilly! I sent one to a friend whose furnace went out and she used it to stay warm until they had the furnace repaired! I love this weighted heating pad!!

This heat pad is amazing when it gets hot. It’s hot. But it’s not so hot it will hurt you. It heats up quickly be I love the extended heating cycles. I also love the weight it has to it. It feels amazing laying across your body! It works great! I bought this heating pad in December unfortunately this last week it did quit working, I was outside my return window, but I reached out to the company via email and they weee quick to respond and got me a new device sent out. I recently tore my shoulder/chest muscles and not having a heating pad was horrible. They said the device will be received 3/7 days. I love that they were quick at responding. Quick at getting a new one out. And honored their policies they have listed on the website. I appreciate a good company that knows how to take care of their Customers.

I have minor arthritis in knees and elbows, and calcific tendonitis in both hips and thighs. Heat provides excellent relief for both problems. This heating pad is very soft and comfortable. It is a generous size so can cover hip to knee, or both knees at once. Because it has little glass beads in it, it heats uniformly, and conforms to your body very nicely. No more wrestling with stiff plastic like in other heating pads. This is so much better than those nasty, plastic based heating pads I have used for years. I would buy this again, and may purchase a second one for my husband who has similar aches and pains. I have only been using it for about two weeks, so hopefully it will last a long time. It has a very good warranty. My only thought for improvement would be one more heat setting. It has settings 1 – 9. I went straight to 9, as I like lots of heat, but could possibly use just a bit more. But it is working well for my purposes. I give it five stars because it is so much better than anything I have purchased before, and I have been using heating pads for years.

I have suffered from severe nerve & muscular back z& neck/shoulders pain since 3 rearenders while stopped BEHIND 1st car at red light; then 4 failed spinal surgeries after 6/86 MVA, ,& Surgeries from ’88-’91 Wasted 100’s of dollars on many cushioned,-washable SUNBEAM thru 2023! Sunbeams were branxfaulty after 15min, when it shut off with F,( faulty) error code, requiring replacing, every 15 minutes! THIS brand is fantastic! Larger, better cushioned, with MANY Heat settings! Only buy this brand- Sunbeam USED 2 BE ONLY CUSHIONED ,& RELIABLE 4 INJURIES, Cramps, etc. NOW it is defective product NOT worth a penney! Wish they made this decades ago! A. Krill

I originally bought this for relief from a surgery I had, and while it is very soft and the weight of it is awesome, I didn’t use it very often and a couple weeks ago after one use the night before, it just didn’t turn on. I checked multiple outlets because I was desperate as I was having some shoulder pain from work, I plugged it in, and tried to turn it on and it just didn’t come on. I loved this thing but, I would say it isn’t built to last. It was always stored in a dry cool area, not folded, and used on occasion, and it just stopped working.
