The product has a good weight to it but is not terribly heavy. Came packaged very nice and neat and compact. It is a nice soft material. I put it in the microwave for 1min 30 seconds and it seems to be the perfect heat for me. The heat doesn’t last a terribly long time but enough for me to get relief in my neck and back and that is fine by me. I like not having to worry about finding a plug to sit or lay near and also like the idea that I can fall asleep and not worry about some type of electrical fire.

Only issue is that the seeds move around too much to make the heat uniform. Not a major problem.

LIKE: like the concept and saw a friend at work with one and was sold when I had neck pain. Was unable to get the exact one he had. DISLIKE: (Hence 4 stars) The seeds are too small to hold the heat long enough. It is partially filled to provide more flexibility. This make the seeds fall to the front away from the pain spot. MODIFICATION: So I purchased a bag of beans, open one end pour out the mixture and pour in the beans to max capacity then restitched. Now it holds the heat for longer periods cause the beans r way bigger. The only issue is that when the beans are heated up, it gives off a strong wooden odor in the house. I am happy, it makes the pain go away way better than any self heated ointment.

My husband uses this A LOT. It doesn’t stay warm for a long time so warming it up several times is a pain but he likes the shape of it. It’s soft. The length and weight is nice. It started to smell afrer heating it the microwave a few months in. Almost like burnt popcorn but it doesn’t linger. We kept finding black seeds around the house, they looked like black seame seeds. We discovered it had a rip in the seam. We bought another one (on sale) but this time we registered it so we get a full year warranty. Hopefully we have better luck this time.

I heat in a 700 watt microwave for 3 min; there is no rotator, but that does not seem to be a problem regarding heat distribution; this product is better than the lavender magic bag; I went through 3 of them over the years and they tear because the material is too thin;
This bag is tough and should last much longer, I definitely recommend

I’ve been looking for a multi-purpose neck wrap that was not a pillow for over a year. The material is soft and holds the heat/cold longer than expected. The quality is great! The value based on cost is reasonable! And thankfully, I’ve been using it so much there is no smell (it’s important to read the ‘care ‘ instructions for best performance).
