APIGENIN, L-ThEANINE–MAGNESIUM L–THREONATE–MELATONIN
As always before taking certain supplements, I think it’s best to check any new ones with your Doctor first. I have a Dr.’s appointment in a couple weeks for my annual physical. I can’t wait to go since I’m taking these and another different bottle with me. I’m not a physician myself, but I don’t check with mine about regular vitamins. but it’s always a good idea to check with your physician since they already have a list of any medications that are prescribed. Your Dr. can quickly discern by reading the labels if there could be adverse side effects when mixed together with a prescription currently taken. I have a good feeling about these since they contain a lot of supplements within them that are really good for you. On a personal note with me I didn’t Google everything about these since I’m familiar with what’s in them, but since these haven’t been a regimen with me just like another bottle I ordered on here I’m going to check both bottles first. Of course, I’m fairly certain, like 99.9 percent sure Amazon would sell any supplements if they thought they’ were unsafe. I’ts just when I Googled recently on WebMD and read some case studies, some components of a different bottle of 4 different supplements like this bottle has, because I wasn’t familiar with two of the four ingredients I noticed that different one that had equally good benefits, for most people that was my wake up call to check with my Doctor since I was shocked to read that a couple of the main components on the label said that pregnant, or breast feeding women shouldn’t take them. Also my eldest son was diagnosed with Type I Diabetes when he was six years old. It just came on out of nowhere and he had to go from our local ER, by ambulance to Boston’s Children’s hospital because his blood sugar was so high they weren’t equipped to deal with it there. Not that I would give him any supplements that I had ordered recently. To make a long story short an ingredient that most people who don’t have underlying conditions would be thrilled with the benefits from it. It ended up saying that people who had Type I Diabetes shouldn’t take it since it lowers your blood glucose levels dangerously. I’m only mentioning this since when you’re unfamiliar with a couple of components in supplements it could have adverse effects. I’m not saying that you have to take my advice, it’s really up to you. This one though has so many good elements and they are FDA registered, using the best quality ingredients, that it seems like an excellent I really am looking forward to being able to try this one out. It looks like an excellent product from all of the good things that it contains, and it’s rewards seem highly beneficial I’m dying to take it. I would take my two recommended capsules at night with dinner, since it should be taken with food. I’m very sorry if my check with your Dr. first, since it could make me sound like an alarmist, since this bottle of supplements sounds very helpful, and it would help me since I have trouble sleeping some nights and these ingredients are high quality. My intent was to be helpful, since I was so gobsmacked when I read that lesser known four supplements different bottle of new to me supplements could affect pregnant women and my son. It would only affect me to be anything but desirable, but I kind of learned that a new lesson, from that time I learned such a high population of people shouldn’t take it. Also, since I took supplements that were natural herbs, prior to reading about those adverse side effects, stating that pregnant women and people who had Type I Diabetes shouldn’t take it at all, I’ve learned my lesson. I also want to ask my Dr. after she reads the bottles how many milligrams of certain things like Magnesium is recommended per day. I never took vitamins until recently, so I hope none of this content comes across as offensive to anyone. : )

I tried the Apigenin + L-Theanine, Magnesium L-Threonate, and Melatonin supplement from Gflow and found it to be effective for relaxation and sleep support. The combination of magnesium, L-Theanine, and Apigenin helped me feel calmer in the evenings, which made it easier to wind down. I also appreciated that it includes L-Tryptophan and 5-HTP, which seemed to support a more balanced mood during the day. The formula is free from GMOs, gluten, and fillers, which is a nice feature for those who are health-conscious. It’s also made in a GMP-certified facility in the USA, which adds some reassurance about quality. After using it for about a week, I did notice some improvement in sleep quality, waking up feeling more rested. The product wasn’t overly strong or sedative, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s a decent supplement that provides gentle support for relaxation and sleep. While it didn’t drastically change my routine, it’s a good addition for someone looking for mild, natural support.

These capsules are large but still easy to swallow. It contains a wide range of supplements in fairly large doses. I use this mainly for muscle relaxant and sleep aid and it seems to help. I find I’m sleeping a bit more soundly and for about 30 min more per night when taking these. So far, no side effects.
I can’t say I’ve noticed significant benefits other than a bit more sleep, but that’s the often the case with supplements–they take time to work and don’t always have significantly noticeable effects. If you need a sleep aid that adds other vital nutrients, these are a good option.
