I ordered AOR’s Lglutamine for the very first time from the brand’s own website but they are usually always out of stock. So i found a third party seller on amazon. I was hesitant to buy this brand off amazon incase it turned out to be a pirated/fake product. But it is 100% AOR product, meaning you can definitely rely on getting positive results and not see any side effects.
Coming to whether lglutamine helped – it definitely did. The capsules are definitely bulky and takes a few days to get used to gulping 8 capsules down everyday. I’ve been using this for about 3 months now and it’s definitely helped with my constant bloating and acid refluxes. Also helped in sustaining energy during workouts and with muscle recovery post workouts.
Having said that the product works – it’s important to note that you will have to make healthy lifestyle changes too. Try eating clean atleast 5 out of 7 days, do any form of exercise regularly and drink enough water. The product alone cannot perform miracle if you have a bad lifestyle.
