This gel is cool, refreshing, and hydrating. I am a big fan of it! It isn’t strongly scented, and leaves my under eyes feeling tightened and refreshed. I haven’t noticed any extreme long-term results with this, but for the self care of it all, I think its worth it!

Love this gel! It’s light and almost feels like a serum for the under eyes. I have been using it day and night and definitely notice an improvement in my dark under eyes.

I’ve tried a lot of different under-eye products and had begun to believe the dark circles under my eyes were indelible. Then I received Amarose’s Anti-Aging Eye Gel. This gel comes in a tiny jar. I figured I would go through it pretty fast, but each application takes only a tiny dab of product and it goes on very smoothly.
After cleansing my face I applied a dab under each eye and patted it over my dark circles and the puffiness above them. I then did some chores for about an hour. When I checked the mirror after my chores, I was happily surprised to find the circles diminished! Puffiness was also reduced. After using it every day for about a week, dark circles appear to be continuing to fade. My under eye area is nicely moisturized as well and despite my sensitive skin, I have experienced no irritation. Vegan, odorless and cruelty free, this stuff is great!

Despite the box being a little beat up, the presentation was nice. It arrived in a gift box and really gave the impression of luxury. The problem was it wasn’t sealed, and the product shifted all over the place. Just doesn’t seem very safe. It doesn’t have much of a scent which is nice, and it has a light feeling consistency.

First, I must mention the packaging that Amarose Eye Gel comes in. The pretty pink box with embossed gold lettering is just… ahhh. Seriously. Its attention-grabbing luxurious look isn’t just a look: it’s the whole package. From the sturdy box to the shiny gold nest and eye gel lid, when I see this I see a high-end product at my fingertips. It’s very chic, but how does the product fare?
Well, the thin half-ounce jar isn’t as large as expected, but a tiny dab on my fingertip is the perfect amount to provide gentle coverage for both eyes–below, above, and to the sides where I hope to avoid those crow’s feet. The gel has a consistency similar to squalene (though there is no squalene in this product). When applied to my eye area, I feel a slight cooling sensation and, as the gel dries, I feel the skin begin to tighten and any puffiness dissipates.
This has a light fragrance of gentle floral notes that I can smell when intentionally searching for its scent, though the odor isn’t discernible when applied to my skin. I don’t like highly-scented products and this has just the right amount.
My sensitive skin has no issues with Amarose, and I like its firming and de-puffing qualities. The excellent coverage justifies the small amount of product: a little bit will last quite a while. Coupled with the quality packaging, this cruelty-free, vegan-friendly formula is comprised of superfoods and vitamins, and it’s made in the USA. This earns a solid 5-stars from me.

The eye gel has a thin consistency that helps it absorb quickly into your skin. I use a little bit of the gel each morning and night to help with dark under eyes and dry skin in the area. It helps give my under eye area a boost of hydration but I don’t see a difference in dark circles or wrinkles.

I get it. Eye cream can be expensive. It’s one of those items that many take seriously because our eyes show age first. But there is a fine line between a reasonable price and a reasonable size. And I’ve seen some eye creams in the three digits, so this $33 price wasn’t too hard to swallow. However, I laughed a little at the size when I received it. It’s just a little bigger than a silver dollar.
I’m not sure how long this is supposed to last because there are no directions other than where to put it. Therefore, I have to assume that a little goes a long way. When I tried it for the first time, I barely put any under my eyes and felt its effects quickly. It felt like it dried fast, and tightened the skin enough for me to feel the sensation. We’ll see how good it is in the long run, but I’m happy with it the first few days.
The box it comes in looks like jewelry box, and screams “chic.” I’m not sure if Amarose is a quality brand or if there really is one in Beverley Hills, but their presentation makes sure the buyer knows this is “quality” stuff. We’ll see if it’s all smoke and mirrors a month from now.
