There are pill packs inside the container. The pill packs contain a few yellow pills with white and red ones. The red ones are the caffeine ones. If you’re sensitive, take them out.
I like this product. It gives you a great pump without feeling buzzed out from too much BA or caffeine and doesn’t have all those bogus sweeteners that most powder/drink pre-workouts use.
I like this, however i would love for this company to actually reveal which pills are which. Taking too much of anything is bad and using these pills on top of other supplements is fine IF you know what is in what.

Great blood flow, and gives good energy, can be taken whenever, I suggest to take it right before your workout, or after for better blood flow, definitely helps other areas in the body with blood flow also as well

I am a long time user of Universal Animal Pak and decided to expand my supplements and try this out. Here are my thoughts on Animal Pump:
1. It does give you an energy boost pre-workout. However I think most of it can be attributed to the caffeine pill. If I remove that, I feel much less of a boost. Seems like this supplement is like most other pre-workouts where there are claims of energy which is really just a caffeine high.
2. I felt more muscle pump with this product but I’m not sure it justifies the cost of the product. The additional pump should in theory help to increase growth and recovery by improving nutrient transport to the muscle but neither really changed while I was on this product.
3. Much of the stuff in here could be bought more cheaply separately. Caffeine pills and creatine are cheap. Seems a bit steep to pay a little over a dollar per pack when most of the benefits are coming caffeine and creatine.
Overall I’m rating it a 3/5 because the product certainly does what it advertises. You will feel energized taking this product (even if it is just a caffeine boost) and I did feel more pump when working out. However I don’t think the product is worth the price tag. In the future I will likely just stick to creatine powder, caffeine pills if needed, and BCAA’s. It’s nice that Pump have everything in small packs for you but to me that’s the only advantage to using this product over just buying creatine, caffeine, and BCAA’s.
