These BCAAs (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) have impressed me, especially as a bodybuilder looking for the ideal supplement to support muscle growth and recovery. With a perfect 2:1:1 ratio of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine, they offer precisely what I need for my fitness goals. I also use powdered BCAAs but sometimes pills are more convenient.
One pleasant surprise is the size of the capsules. They are considerably smaller than I expected. This makes them easy to swallow and a convenient addition to my supplement regimen. What sets this product apart even more is the remarkable 3-year shelf life!

These bcaa’s (Branch Chain Amino Acids) if you are not familiar with the term, are good. The hard pill has a smooth coating that makes them easy to swallow unlike some other bcaa, which is great. The ratio is good and it also contains some vitamin E and vitamin B6 as well. There is 160 pills in the bottle which is 90 servings which is decent. It’s madecin the USA, which is a good thing, although im not sure where it is sourced? I had no adverse effect on my digestive sytem from taking and felt that is was helping with muscle soreness and recovery.
The price when I ordered was $29.99, which actually is a pretty decent deal. The price now is actually on $20.00 which makes it a great deal!!! 5 stars all around now!!

Branched chain amino acids are derived from the three essential amino acids, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine. Supplements with BCCA’s have been used for years by bodybuilders and weight lifters to boost muscle protein and reduce fatigue. I take it as I lift daily and have for years, but I still have goals that I want to achieve, and I am hoping that these tablets will be one more thing to help me achieve them. This supplement is close to the normal recommended ratio of 2:1:1 (leucine, isoleucine and valine). These are in a hard tablet form, and the recommended 2 tablets per serving supplies 1,200 mg. of leucine, and 500 mg. each of isoleucine and valine. There are 180 tablets (so 90 day supply). The product packaging states it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients. This seems like a clean product.

I like that the inside of the bottle has a bunch of cotton padding on one side, to cushion the pills during shipping.
The don’t have a flavor, other pills taste horrible. Pills are medium sized, shouldn’t be a problem to swallow.
So far I’ve been very happy with how my muscles feel after lifting heavy. These seem to reduce the 1-2 days of tightness and discomfort of those muscles.
