After reading a review for a biotin soft gel I was going to buy due to my old biotin being changed a reviewer stated that you shouldn’t take biotin without MSM. So I thought hmmm what is MSM. I looked that product up and I thought thank you universe! I suffer from joint pain and arthritis in my hands. I use to take a methotrexate for it but made my hair come out in handfuls. So I stopped and told my dr. I wasn’t taking it and would live with the pain. I researched and found fish oil would help so off to a big box store to buy it and have been taking it for over 6yrs. Fish oil helps but not 100%.
Upon reading the benefits of MSM I ordered Andrew lesserman because I use to take his hair skin and nail supplement which by the way works great for my hair and nails. Not sure about my skin. After taking the MSM coupled with my drug store soft gel biotin I can say this product is amazing. I wish I knew about it 10 years ago. Wow!!! I have flipped my pillow top mattress by myself. I put a new bed skirt on the bed I have lifted cases of water and cleaned and no pain. If I had done these activities prior to taking these I would’ve had to take 3 advil and rest for 3 days after no joke! MSM is now part of my daily intake of supplements. I will never not take it. My hands look great and feel great. I have energy to do housework or whatever and not be concerned about pain following. I only take 1 a day as I wanted to ease into taking it and wanted to make sure my body could handle it along with my other medications and supplements I take. No issues. I may up it to 2 pills a day but for now I only take 1.
I have told friends and family about it and they have ordered and thanked me. Why don’t doctors tell us about these type of supplements? Do yourself a favor of you have arthritis or joint pain and order this immediately. You won’t be disappointed. You’re welcome!
