I first started using this vitamin when I had ordered it online somewhere else. It is a great vitamin, has an abundance of vitamins in the ingredients most of which are hundred percent of your daily needs or more! I take it every morning and it makes me feel energetic throughout the day. I feel like it is very effective and it doesn’t have any horrible taste, which is also a bonus! Of course I keep ordering here because shipping is faster and the price is great!

Well thought out ingredients to make a multivitamin that has everything you need. I would recommend looking into each of the listed vitamins and where they’re coming from to realize just how much better these are than any other brand or product. Only other thing you might need is a low dosage iron supplement which I’m glad they left out of the multivitamin because the amount that each person can handle is usually very specific and unique to the individual (Higher iron is not better. 25mg works for most people along with myself and no side effects).

I have followed Andrew Lessman and the development of his products for years. I love that he uses only top quality products, they are made in a solar powered building, he shows you how and where they are made and packaged, and when you buy them on sale, they are a great deal. Yes, they are more expensive than another generic brand might be, but the quality is superior to that. They are all capsules and not the hard as a rock vitamins or other minerals sold that never fully dissolve in your body before they are expelled. They are easy to swallow. I can take several different ones at once, and I have problems swallowing a lot. For me, I want to get the BEST. The BEST value, the BEST ingredients, and the BEST company. They back their products. The customer service department people are extremely knowledgeable, and the products always arrive well packaged in a timely manner. If I can afford to, I try to get the best of things that go into my body to help me feel batter and at 75, that is important to me. Every product from vitamin D to CoQ10 to Fibermucil does what it says. He does a lot of research, and is often the first to introduce a new vitamin or mineral product, but soon the other companies are jumping on the band wagon because they know he knows his stuff!
