These have been the strongest and most effective lactase pills I’ve found. I usually take one at the start of the meal, one during and one after. Taking two at the start doesn’t seem to be any better than one, at least for me. It’s turns out to be a lot cheaper than taking Lactaid since I’d have to take about 15 Lactaid pills to match these ones. I also like that it doesn’t have sodium like the Lactaid pills do. This is now a staple in our household.

This product is the best thing ever! It by far surpasses the LACTAID pills sold in market. This stuff really works, first time ever I was able to eat cheese and ice cream without all the side effects of bloating, gas and shall I be honest , diarrhea that people with lactose intolerance suffers from. I’ve been using these for many, many years as I’m horribly Laxtose Intolerant.a
For me, the dosage is entirely dependent on what it is I’m consuming. In general, I find the more milk a product has, the more capsules I need to take. The more cream a product has, or some cheeses which have very little lactose, I can only take one or two capsules.
If I’m going to have ice cream, to be on the safe side, I take about 6 capsules but some of the better ice creams are creamier with less milk, thus safer.
In any case, these capsules are the best of their kind on the market. They’re easy to swallow, and if you take them exactly at the same time as you’re consuming a lactose product, they work instantly ! I ALWAYS HAVE SEVERAL BOTTLES ON HAND! Wouldn’t be without them. I also keep some in my hand bag, and travel with them as well.

I am very dairy into tans I take one pill as I start to eat or drink dairy and I have no problem with the dairy any more. If I have more then 2cuos if dairy, I just take another tiny pill if this. It works GREAT!
