When it comes to Shea butter, the most important thing to me is whether or not the render product is smooth or gritty. this product is consistently a wonderfully smooth texture. It also smells + works great! You are not getting more for your money with these more expensive brands. This product is well worth the money and much better than other shea butters that I have paid twice the amount for in the same size of a jar!

nice quality but the smell of the shea is overpowering. i added a LOT of fragrance oil from a well known supplier and it doesn’t even smell like i added a drop. i’ve used other brands of shea butter so i know that it is the butter. i am unsure if it being afraican shea butter makes a difference or not. sucks like i cannot sell these though..

I received this today and immediately needed to use it for a cream I was making. This was my 1st time purchasing this brand. I read most of the reviews, and was just ready to see which reviews were the most accurate. The packaging was quite nice and even came with an extra ziplock bag for after it was opened. The smell was quite pleasant, just a hint of nut. Other Shea butters I’ve used were much much stronger smelling. The butter itself was lovely – beautiful ivory color, creamy, smooth, not even the tiniest bit grainy. It made the most wonderful creamy balm mixed with another oil and a few EO’s. This is my new favorite Shea Butter. Quality is much better than what I bought at WholeFoods for twice the price!

I think we are all a little apprehensive to purchase something when there are minimal reviews. My Shea Butter arrived super fast, well packed and at full weight – yay! Now for the next part. I used some to make soap today. When I opened the package, the shea butter was pale in color, smooth and creamy with a faint, nutty scent, just what I was hoping for. It melted beautifully. Plus, once melted there were no creepy weird bits of stuff floating in the pot – just lovely golden oil. So….. as long as future orders are consistent with what I received you should feel comfortable purchasing this product from this vendor.

Great price and product. Non toxic, single ingredient, it’s been great for my entire family.It’s unscented but doesn’t have the most pleasant natural aroma.

I was hesitant to order raw Shea butter online, especially during hot summer months, but I’m VERY happy I found this! The Shea butter arrived well packaged and in perfect condition— I’ll definitely be reordering this again.
It smells very fresh, and the color was perfect- a light ivory shade. It smooths right into the skin and blends beautifully when mixed into a moisturizing body cream for pain relief (along with coconut oil, arnica, argan oil, cocoa butter, magnesium oil from Dead Sea salts, beeswax aloe gel and a blend of essential oils). Since I don’t have air conditioning in my home, I’ll probably store the rest of the Shea butter in the fridge to keep it fresh as long as possible. But I have a feeling I’ll end up going through it fairly quickly- I’ve already used it as is (straight out of the package) on my face, body, hands and cuticles, for chapped lips, and the ends of my hair. This stuff is amazing!!!
There was no grit or grainy texture in the Shea butter, no unpleasant smell or any of the problems people sometimes find when buying shea butter online- it’s just perfect: smooth and creamy like it’s supposed to be, and smells heavenly!

I have been making my own products for years & I am sad that I just now tried yours! Shea is my favorite to use for skin care. I ran out & didn’t have the money to buy bulk like I usually do. I was also hesitant based on the (now obvious) hater reviews I read.. those have to be from your competition, there is no way this stuff ever smelled putrid lol. I’ve had others of lesser quality that when it gets old, it gets dry and crumbly. Never smelled bad.
This is the best quality, freshest shea butter I have used, hands down. I love the fluffy texture, it is so soft, easy to work with. It smells amazing. And feels like heaven on my skin. I can’t wait to use it in all my natural products. Thank you for caring about quality & affordability. I have used half the pound already just refilling my family’s containers. I also love the zip bag and the pretty blue outer bag.
