I ordered this for my radiation on my chest. I didn’t use it much because I didn’t burn .
My son was in a motorcycle accident and had road rash all over his arms, shoulders, and back. A nurse friend recommended this ointment and it worked wonderfully along with often and careful cleaning of the burns. He also received some as a gift from others who have used it. The smell is not the best but it’s truly a great product.

I was hurting after a pedicure gone wrong that resulted in nails that were cut to the quick and
a paraffin treatment that burned my toes! I tried all ointments and oils and none took away the

I’d pay double for what this has done for my family. I’ve got a bunch of these around now. My toddler managed to spill some hot soup inside her bib. We saw the redness come up on her chest almost immediately. I was so upset at the thought of a burn there and remembered this stuff. It’s like unbelievable magic from Mars; the redness was gone in a half hour. She later got a small sunburn on a sliver of skin and on went the magic stuff. Sunburn was gone in 2 days.
Our old cat got a nasty scratch from our other, feisty cat. Guess what fixed it in a few days? Also he developed a purulent rash because someone thought it was a good idea to clean his butt with baby wipes. What miracle cream went on the cat butt that fixed it in a few days? This stuff.
Kiddo got a bad diaper rash, and instead of the usual zinc paste that would take a week we tried this ointment. It took ONE DAY to clear up.
I could go on and on about this. It’s a magic bullet for everything now. You don’t need very much at all but because of the heavy use it’s gotten, we’re actually making a dent in it. I’ve bought more because I’m afraid they’ll change the formula or availability. Make sure to keep it somewhere cool, as it’s got waxes and oils. It is oily on application but that’s what makes it so effective.
I just wish everything in life were as effective and reliable as B & W ointment.
This is the best product I have found that works for all types of minor burns. No stinging or irritation and definitely keeps the area moist to help with healing while protecting it from infection
I am so grateful someone told me about this ointment. I had a two inch third degree burn on my arm that didn’t hurt at all until two days later when, I assume the nerves started growing back. At first I applied thick aloe leaves with an ace bandage keeping them in place. After the pain set in , I started using this ointment. Not only did the pain cease for hours after the application, but the healing was rapid. Within 5 weeks, I went from a disgusting open wound to only a medium pink scar. It was pitted at first, but not you have to really look to notice it. I have just started using this on my 10 year old son’s eczema. It is the only ointment that takes away his redness and pain.
