This hydration powder works well and I love the lemon lime flavor. It mixes super easily and the price is great for the amount of servings you get. I mix it with lukewarm water, and it works perfectly every time. I would definitely recommend it.

I drink this before and after workouts. It has an amazing lemon/lime flavor and goes down smoothly.

I love the flavor of this do-it-all drink mix. It has good levels of amino acids. It also contains a good energy blend and electrolytes. This mix is a good price for what you get. I am looking forward to trying the other flavors too. It comes with a measuring spoon. It’s made in America. All good for me.

Tastes alright, I actually blend into a green smoothie though to mask most of the flavor. I take after working out and it seems to help quite a bit with recovery!

The Amazing Muscle Amino Punch (hydration electrolyte blend) is lemon lime flavored. Since it’s something that would have to be used a long time in order to try to determine how well it does anything the review basically should be that it’s a decent sized container for the price and the flavor (lemon lime) was good. No complaints.

Just just as advertised. There was a green apple flavor I got from this brand that didn’t do it for me but this tastes great. It mixes well, it came with a scoop (again, the other flavor didn’t), there’s no sediment leftover at the bottom of the glass after I made it, and it does what it promises as it helped me bounce back from a hard cardio session this morning
I’d get this again for sure and recommend it
