They taste like candy. I could eat the whole bottle, but I won’t ha ha. The whole Food store I go to is family owned and the twins are very knowledgeable in health and they buy the same ones and they recommended these so this is all I buy as in digestive enzymes.

I love this product! I have problems with digesting my food, and bad reflux. This product has been a lifesaver! And it keeps me from having to use chemical laden prescription medications with nasty side effects! It’s a natural product made from papaya, and it works! It tastes like candy! I chew about 5 or 6 of them with each meal, it’s almost like having dessert. If I have reflux later, I just chew a couple more. Great product!

I had gastric bypass surgery 20 years ago (RNY) and many times over the years have had that awful “stuck” feeling of food not wanting to stay down or pass through the esophagus area. The only thing I ever found before papaya enzymes was to drink diet coke or Adolph’s meat tenderizer ( which contains papain enzymes, from papaya and pineapple to help break down meat tissues) The diet coke was acid and would work through it, making me burp, and moving the stick food through, the meat tenderizer, always my last and desperate measure, would break down the food enzymatically, but it was incredibly salty and unpleasant. I diluted it in hot water, which seemed to work better than cold. Then a friend working at a vitamin store recommended Chewable Papaya Enzymes from American Health. I just chew 3 or 4 of these, and they taste so much better than salty meat tenderizer! They the same way, and very, very rarely do I follow up with a diet soda. I gave up diet coke 3 years ago, and now have an occasional Fresca, Diet Rootbeer or Sprite zero. This stuff has changed my life dramatically. I am able to get through sometimes painful attacks of the food feeling stuck. My husband, who used to suffer from terrible, crippling heartburn, uses these after every meal to aid digestion. Radically changing what he ate, along with taking enzymes, has gotten him off heartburn medication and feeling better than ever. Highly recommended!

Best product for bloating, indigestion and to aid in passing gas and get rid of a big abdomen full of air. Taste good, easy to use, good price. Truly worth it. Can’t live without it! Been using it for many years after each meal to relief bloating and I’m very happy it works so well!

They are a digestive enzyme that diffuses heartburn in under 20 minutes. They taste good – they dissolve quickly and they work like a charm. Haven’t been on an OTC heartburn medication in almost 6 years now and I was on them for over 20. I hand them out to friends all the time. THESE….WORK.
